The staff was incredible especially Yousef and Abdel! Very accommodating and helpful- gave us all of the information to make a great stay! Also got our laundry done which was such a relief! One thing that Expedia shows is that the riad has a gym, spa, and steam room which it does not. Other than that, great stay and excellent location. Would return!

Very friendly staff and available to provide alot of information about what to see. i loved the location. not in the middle of things so it was quiet and yet could easily walk to places. Just note that the stairs can be steep.

The staff at the Eloise Riad were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. They also were able to recommend places to go or eat. Walking distance to everything. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very central but stil quiet at night. Great breakfast.

The staff is fabulous. Abdel and Youssef were always ready and willing to help with any issue. Even volunteering to walk you to a tour excursion shop or to your airport shuttle. Can thank them enough for making the stay easy and memorable. The Riad Eloise was always spotless and inviting, can't go wrong here. I do recommend getting them to arrange your shuttle to the riad, Marrakech is a maze and it'll take a while to get your bearings.

The Riad is beautiful, but what really makes the the stay is the staff. Nothing is to much trouble and Youssef and Abdel were fantastic.

Lovingly restored riad in the medina... why stay in hotel which could be anywhere, when you can get an authentic taste of old Marrakesh? Close to everything, but not TOO close so you can escape from the hustle and bustle of the souks. Alain was a most gracious host, with lots of essential advice on navigating the tangle of streets, what to do, and just as important, what not to do. Genuinely friendly and warm staff, Yusuf and Abdel both were happy to help with anything... and in Marrakech, one needs some help, at least the first time. Delicious vegetarian breakfast with homemade cheese, yogurt and breads.

A hip oasis in a sea of madness.

This was our home away from home. We want to stay here again next time we visit Marrakech. The staff were warm and friendly and the atmosphere was serene and relaxing.

What made this place so good was the people. Very helpful with local knowledge. They went out of their way to provide me with gluten free breads for breakfast every day of our 8 night stay. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

Loved staying in the Riad Eloise, The owner and staff where very helpful and gave great advice for our trip in marrakech. The hotel was so nice and we really felt at home there. Would highly recommend staying there and would stay there again if we are back in marrakech. 5 Star!!

We were so pleased with Riad Eloise and the amazing staff. We can’t thank Alain and the staff enough for not only making sure we were comfortable and taken care of, but going above and beyond. They even fixed my wall plug that stopped working during the trip without me asking. The room was great and had AC. We enjoyed the breakfast and the scenic views from the rooftop. The host made sure to give us lots of information about Marrakesh and places to visit. We would definitely recommend this place as female-friendly (we were 2 girls and felt very safe). Would definitely come back.

This is a wonderful riad with kind, attentive and generous staff and owners. It’s location in the media is good- not the overwhelming part but accessible to all. Would defiantly come back! Thanks Riad Eloise!

The Riad is a diamond find which was made extra special because of the kindness and help we received from Abdel. He went out of his way to help us and make our stay in Marrakech enjoyable. The decor in the Riad is beautiful and all the staff are polite and friendly. The authentic breakfast was delicious and Abdel even got up early to prepare breakfast when we had to leave early for our flight. Everyone needs an Abdel in their life. Thanks Heidi & Si

We had a lovely stay at the traditional Riad Eloise. With only 9 rooms and down a hidden back street (as all the Riads seem to be in the Medina) we had a beautiful room with a comfortable four poster bed and a great Shower / ensuite. From the moment we arrived Alain (the Riad owner) sat us down with a map and gave us solid advice on finding what we needed. The Riad is located over 4 floors I think. Definitely not suitable for anyone with access difficulties, but if you are able the quirky steps all the way to the rooftop, offer you a great sunset view in the evenings. Alcohol is a question we kept asking google about when we were looking to stay somewhere. However, there was no problem with this at all at Riad Eloise. Alain had bottles of wine and beer and would provide them upon request 22 Euros for a bottle of wine and a small beer was about 4 Euros. There is a little pool on the ground floor of the Riad, but I think this is more of a feature rather than a pool to use. We could of used it, but didn't. The breakfast was delightful. Near enough the same thing every morning, with a slight variation on the types of bread and cakes. But basically, freshly squeezed juices, coffee, fresh yoghurt and fresh fruit, followed by breads and spreads. If we go back to Marrakech, we will definitely use Riad Eloise. My family of 5 stayed in this breathtaking Riad June 26th - June 30th 2021.it was amazing felt like we were in paradise. The overall feeling you get is like a spa feeling even the birds in the morning singing for you. It was a slice of paradise. The owner Alain went above and beyond for my family. My son with Autism was included in everything and Alían was Awsome dealing with a special needs guest. Even had treats of candy for my son. In the morning you are greeted by a fresh homemade beautiful breakfast. My family had the most relaxing amazing 4 days in this diamond in the rough hidden Gem. I highly recommend this Riad to everyone who wants a great experience. My family will definitely be going back ❤️❤️
