Had a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean, and in a super convenient location (short walk to the metro/subway). Yes, the decor and amenities are a bit dated, but its what you would expect from an older hotel.

We took the parking option so we didn't have to worry about the car. Everything is close by so we walked everywhere. Very well located. Loved it. Loved the lobby. Nice hotel. Would come back again.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights and unfortunately it was not a good experience. The room was freezing and we were told there is no way to turn off the air or change the temperature in the room, the TV would not turn on, the garage is very tight, not a good choice if you have a larger vehicle. The bathroom by the restaurant has two stalls, one had no toilet paper and the other one has a broken door. Finally, the breakfast has nothing but carbs, no fruits or anything else, I have a gluten sensitivity and there was nothing that I could eat.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had a very mixed experience. On the positive side, the bed was exceptionally comfortable—larger than a standard king—and the pillows were great. That was truly the highlight of the stay. The location was walking distance to the old downtown (sadly in the area are a lot of homeless:() However, there were several issues that made the experience stressful. The first one was quite shocking: upon returning to our room one evening, we discovered that absolutely all of our belongings were gone. Our luggage, clothes, IDs, passports, visas, jewelry, and even items from the minibar, bathroom and drawers had been removed without our consent. We always left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door (we don’t like staff entering when our belongings are scattered around), and we had not requested any room change. Yet, the staff later explained they had packed everything in black garbage bags, closed our suitcases, and placed everything in a common luggage storage area, claiming it was because “we had asked to switch rooms”—something we never did. Walking into the room with our regular keycard and finding it completely empty was extremely stressful and unsettling. Because this happened late at night, we decided to stay instead of looking for another hotel. The only compensation offered was one free day of parking, which felt very insufficient given the seriousness of the incident, but we accepted it just to have peace and quiet for the remain

I had a very disappointing experience at Lexus Hotel in downtown Montreal. The hotel was extremely dirty — in our bathroom we found a lot of hair, and the bathtub was not clean at all. The facilities were very poor, and one day we had no electricity for a full day. The next day, the elevator was out of service, which caused even more inconvenience. Overall, this hotel does not provide the basic standards that a guest should expect. Although the price is lower than many other hotels, it is definitely not worth it. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and honestly, even one star feels too generous for this property.

If you're looking for the worst hotel in Montreal, look no further. My room had broken windows, patched with duct tape, and despite the large holes, outside air continued to leak in. What kind of hotel doesn't repair windows and instead tries to fix them with duct tape? The room smelled of cigarettes, I had bedbug bites all over my left leg (after checking and talking to other travelers, the hotel is infested with bedbugs, they say they're doing what's necessary to kill them, but that's not true), the microwave didn't work, the furniture was broken, etc., etc., etc., and the best part is, they didn't refund the deposit, without giving any explanation, and decided to stop responding.

Worst experience ever. We stayed here two nights. On the first night, air conditionsr was not working. We informed the staff that we are going out and AC is not working. She siad she will send someone to fix it while you guys are gone. We came back around midnight and asked fromt desk that was our AC fixed and he stated someone went to the room but noone was inside so maintenance couldn’t go in but staff earlier didn’t informed us that we have to be the room. He said maintenance is not here after 11 so he can give us refund and we can find another hotel. It was already modnight abd no hotel was available. He came to our room and saw that it was too hot and humid in there. He said he cannot do anything but open the window. We told him that we will talk to the manager in the morning. In the morning after not sleeping due to being hot in room. We went down around 10 in morning and asked for manager and staff said he is in the meeting and not sure how long will it be. We waited for 20 minutes but we had plans in the morning so I requested to switch our room as of now and requested to call manager later. She refused to give manager’s number which is fair. So , I left her my number and and requested her to let manager know to call us when he comes out of meeting. I have not received any call till now and its been two days . Stay on the second night was good as they switched our rooms.

We could not get through to call the front desk. We forgot a charger for our phone 📞 and wanted to know if they could ship to our address. I do not recommend this hotel. Not a good area. Very noisy, and unsafe.

No one answered the phone, no water inside the room and saw used toilet paper when walked inside the room. WIFI doesn't work, Hydro gets cut a lot. Very terrible experience.

Our check-in date was Sept 11th and our via rail from Toronto landed at 11:30 pm on the same day ! I tried calling like 5-6 times to the hotel since afternoon … two times I was put on hold .. rest 3 times call was not answered and when the call was answered at 9:30 pm where I wanted to let them know that we will be arriving late and hope everything is okay about our room. Secondly the room was freezing , for close to 15 to 20 minutes my husband & me were struggling to make the room temp less cold. We failed next morning after my breakfast I went to the reception informing them about the AC condition the lady told me she will send some one, when I came back again she told me someone went to the room to stable the temperature and after confirming with my husband no body went there , after explaining her that it’s very difficult to sleep In that room, she offered me another room , that had no went , no gush of air and no temperature control modem. She then told that the hotel has centralized AC. I mean what to trust , what to believe that was she trying to say , I left the hotel room for the day , came back at night requested another receptionist to help us with 2 duvets , she helped us with two of them and somehow we managed our 3 nights. It was an horrible experience. I will never recommend anyone this property.
