Typical family hotel lots of kids if you are looking for quiet don’t stay here

My Room was not cleaned our entire stay. I asked nicelly 4 times to be cleaned, asked for our own towels, toilet paper daily. It’s a nice hotel, spacious, modern and clean. Everything would’ve have been perfect except housecleaning, weekend staff didn’t seem to care all that much. Makes a person feel like you don’t matter at that point.

Great experience, especially for young families. One thought: Breakfast set-up is not intuitive and was rather confusing and crowded. Not enough to space between serving line and a very large and long table

An awesome family environment!

Everything was very good. The staff would send you messages just to check on you to make sure everything was going well which I thought was impressive. If there was one downfall maybe it was the breakfast could’ve been a little bit better but overall I’m very happy with my stay

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a hotel recently. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a lot of great options! We had a men’s college soccer team with us and we all had a great time at the water park! We were very pleased with our stay!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The breakfast was great, lots of options, and the room was big enough for our family of 5 and very clean. The waterpark was very easy to get to, and lots of fun!

Pool

Up half the night with noise from people at the fire pit. Went to complain to front desk twice. Noise continued into the we hours. Very loud. Also no cold water either.

Great property

The waterpark access was a big plus, but also the customer service and well maintained facilities were amazing. Walking into the lobby it just smelled clean and fresh as did our room. It was so welcomed after a 10 hour day of driving!!

Overall my stay at the hotel was very pleasent. The room was clean,the amenities were great, and staff (with one exception) were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, i had a disappointing experience withone of the front desk staff, McKenzie. I found her to be unapproachable, unprofessional and unnecessarily rude during our interaction, which really stood out agaisnt the otherwise excellent service at the hotel. I hope management adresses this issue, as first impressions and front desk sevice are a key part of any guest experince.

10/10 clean, nice staff, easy check in and out!! All around A+

Our first time here and we had a blast! Staff was amazing!

The room we receive smelled of Cat pee to the point we asked for a new room. They couldn't switch rooms for us because the hotel was booked up and they gave us an air freshener to hide the small. The next day was the same thing and they had no room to give us. told us the room was cleaned when we got back but still had to use the air freshener that made the room full of chemicals. Not a great place to stay if your not a pet/pee person I didn't know that every room has had an animal in it at some point in time. I will not stay at that hotel again. People working at the hotel front desk were willing to help as much as they could just didn't have the space to move us around. They offered a refund but couldn't do anything because we broked through Hotels.com

The room smelled like a wet dog puked and peed on the carpet and couch! Air freshner and airing the room with door propped open was no help at all. The shelve in the closet was covered with dog hair.

Service was excellent. The girl working the front was kind, helpful and able to share knowledge of the area for us. She was very kind to my 13yo son when he called down to ask questions about the water park. Water park was a disappointment. It was overcrowded, not enough lifeguards. People were rude and it was not safe due to this. My son ended up having another child slide down a slide on to him and he scraped his arm up.

Great hotel, breakfast was just okay but being comfotable with a toddler was amazing!
