The hotel is very clean n comfortable, nice view from the hotel room. 5 star service n breakfast is good.....

The food served every time was very delicious. However, I was disappointed that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom.

The hotel was very clean and the scenery was great. However, we thought it could be better for the price we paid.

The resort is very private and great architectural design. Exquisite kaiseki breakfast & dinner area must try but alittle pricey. Separate public bath for men & women is nice but men room is very noisy due to mechanical system. No direct beach access and Japanese garden within the courtyard need to improve in order to celebrate truly the rich Japanese Architecture & Landscape Design.

- The place is absolutely neat and quiet. - Great view. - All the staff members were friendly and professional. - Top-class breakfast!!! But one needs to start eating at 9am, for me it was a bit too early. - And one needs to leave the room by noon (very precisely) in order to get your room cleaned, this too was a bit too tight for us. - We ordered a family room, althogh it was very efficiently-designed, it wasn’t the most spacy room. Basically just places to sleep plus a large bathroom.

Comfortable and pleasant stay in Umino Ryotei which is not commonly found in Okinawa. Great Hospitality and nice staff!

Everything about this modern ryokan/ryotei was excellent. It’s brand new and well designed, with a friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The in room tubs were great too!

최고의 경험입니다. 오키나와에서 경험할 수 있는 몇 안되는 료칸 호텔이라는 점 외에도 서비스의 질 높음과 완벽한 식사와 경치, 그리고 대욕장 이용까지 뭐하나 빠지지 않고 완벽했어요

객실 상태, 오션뷰, 욕장, 가이세키 저녁, 조식, 친절함까지 정말 최고였습니다. 부모님 모시고 가족 여행하시는 분들께 추천합니다!!!

깨끗하고 조용하고 훌륭한 서비스. 오키나와에서 고급 료칸의 경험을 하기에 더할 나위 없음. 저녁은 코스 형식으로, 조식은 한상 차림 형태로. 모든 음식이 깔끔하고 맛있음.

오키나와 여행중 하루 쉬기에 아주 좋은 호텔이에요. 하루즘 온천에 몸 담그고 느긋하게 쉴 수 있는곳! 저녁은 예약 못해 먹지 못했고, 아침은 좋았어요. 온천물도 좋았고 각 방 내부도 좋았어요.

1. 前台接待太公式化，不親切。不注重客人的提問或要求； 2. 用餐時間安排隱晦，旅館想尊重客人所選時間但又想客人配合餐廳時間，模稜兩可； 3. 露台及廁所某些位置清潔不足，有灰塵污垢積聚； 4. 餐廳服務員有禮。

숙박시설은 훌륭함 차량없이 가시는거라면 숙소내에서 저녁을 히결하시길 추천드려요 밤에는 주변이 너무 어둡고 차로변 위험해요 조식은 일본 전통한상차림이라 아이들이 먹기에는 생소한 식감? 재료들이라 낮설어합니다 온천은 41.7도로 다른 숙소보다 다소 높아 아이들이 들어가기엔 뜨겁다 하더군요 베셀 ,오리온은 38~39도로 잘 이용했습니다 아.. 욕장은 해그 떠있을때 이용하셔야 뷰 보시는거 알죠?
