Only complaint is the room is cleaned daily. Beds made, fresh towels, garbage emptied.

Staff was wonderful. They did have a problem with trash containers being emptied. Maybe helpful if they were a little larger.

Great downtown location. Clean and cool temperature wise. Everyone who worked there were so nice.

Staff was accommodating and responsive to requests. Mattress was comfortable, HVAC unit was relatively quiet and temperature was easily adjusted comfortable. Breakfast was a bit less offerings than typical hotel. Train tracks are close enough to hear the trains at night, traffic road noise in the morning. Downtown, not a lot of restaurant choices in walking distance. Rescue mission is nearby and some folks in area that are in sad circumstances, but did not feel dangerous.

Great stay! Slept wonderful. Clean hotel and room. If I had to pick one fault, train was nearby. It passed around 11:00 but it was quick

This property is in downtown Altoona. Hotel is nice but not much at street level anywhere close.
