I recommend it for transit, STC, or business trips. The price is commensurate with the service. The surrounding area is also pleasant, with easy access everywhere. It's close to the mosque.

The breakfast lacks variety and taste. The front office is the best.

I think Four Points Sheraton is the best hotel in Manado now, location wise and ambience we can't find anywhere else in Manado. Breafast area was very busy during weekend and was a lot better on weekdays. Hotel staffs were also very friendly and helpfull.

Amazing as always ❤️❤️❤️ We asked for room upgrade and all 3 rooms to be on the same level, it was a super busy weekend with full occupancy but hey we got it! 100/10 for service! ❤️❤️❤️

At 8:30, many of the main breakfast items and heavy meals were sold out and not refilled. The cakes were varied and delicious.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in the hotel along with our son and daughter-in-law who were married outside of Manado and held the reception at 4 points. It was a very enjoyable stay - the facilities were outstanding and the staff were just wonderful, nothing was a bother to them - we felt very welcome and will stay again on our next visit to Manado. Good only for the location. The hotel itself does not live up to the Marriott Bonvoy standards. Staff were unkind (at the reception, restaurant). Food variety and taste was so bad. The people stationed at the egg corner and pancake station mostly did not know what they were doing. Batter was raw, egg was so plain.

Order deluxe and get a free upgrade to suite. Thank you for your kind words. All the desserts are delicious 👍.

It's top notch to stay here, close to the mall and easy access to everything.

Favorite hotel if you go to Manado, comfortable, location close to the center of the crowd.

Very proper, friendly, clean and comfortable.

Stayed overnight because I wanted to celebrate my mom's birthday and two days before, I WA'd the staff and asked them to prepare a surprise in the form of a mirror drawing + slice of cake and it really came true, THANK YOU SO MUCHHH

The most complete hotel in Manado

The sunset from the pool view was breathtaking, the breakfast was various, especially the local Manadonese food, the AC in the room was awesome!!
