The location was very good to have the access from the station. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good beds. Entrance is within the strain station. Plenty of eating opportunities nearby.

This 5 star rating is for room on opposite side of train tracks. This was my second stay at The Mets during my time in Japan. First stay my room was on train track side which was a bit noisy for me resulting in a 4 rating. However staff and service are 5 stars for both stays. Always friendly and helpful. I had left my camera battery charger during my first stay and they had it ready for me when I arrived. Location is great because the JR is on the same level of lobby so you do not need to walk out in the elements.

Great location! Only draw back is thin walls. Also be sure to ask for room not on JR track side of hotel.

浴室も清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。 アメニティーも充実していました。

駅直結は素晴らしい。

駅ビル内なので、新幹線を降りて直ぐに荷物を預かって頂き、用務先に身軽になって出向くことができました。お土産を買うお店や飲食店も近く、べ便利です。室内は少し狭く感じましたが、ダブルベッドの硬さがちょうど良かったです。

駅の隣なのでアクセスも良く改札までの途中にレストランや土産物屋も豊富。

駅直結で超便利！

コーヒーのサービスがありましたが、ロビーではなくお部屋にほしかったです

駅へのアクセスも大変良く、使いやすかったです

朝食が館内にないのが残念ですが、 駅に直結してるのでとても便利です。 部屋も綺麗です。 来月もまた利用します。
