Super perto da rodoviária. Simples e limpo

It rained at night and the room literally flooded.. unbelievable, my laptop and my clothes that were in the suitcase got wet.

Location in downtown is okay. Next to bus station, so lots of transient traffic. Rooms are super super small, bathroom is integrated into the sleeping room. Yes, it's a budget hotel, but in the future I'll pay more to have normal size room/shower/toilet. Check-in was a disaster. Although there were 3 staff members in view of the counter, no one acknowledged my arrival for nearly 10 minutes, as they were busy counting inventory at the snack bar. When a clerk finally came to help me check in, he was unfriendly, and made a big fuss about needing proof of our dog's vaccination records (nowhere on the Expedia site did it mention this would be required). Check-in took nearly 30 minutes while he entered various bits of personal info in his computer.

Checkin so long and bureaucratic, missing one pillow and towel on room, we were 3 and only 2 itens available for us. A lot of mosquitoes on bathroom.

Já conhecemos a Rede IBIS. Foi uma estada de apenas um noite e nos atendeu bem. Infelizmente a oferta de canais na TV é muito limitado.

Lugar proximo a rodovias e o porto. Estrategico se precisar ir ao aeroporto. Menos de 10 minutos

Estadia muito boa. Sempre quw necessitamos ir a Poa, nos hospedamos neste hotel!! Valores acessíveis!

Razoável

Uma das piores experiências da minha vida. Segurança hotel (terceirizado) extremamente rude. Como é segurança, e se acha superior por causa desta função, foi extremamente abusivo, mal educado. Realmente nada profissional. Me senti extremamente ameaçado. Só fiz o check in porque realmente eram 18:00 horas e tinha compromisso às 19:00, além da reserva não ser reembolsável. Durante a anos da minha vida, vários hotéis,lugares de diferentes nacionalidades, no meu próprio estado fui acuado. Não voltarei, e reportarei a rede ACCOR pela escolha dos seus prestadores de serviço.
