The Property is in a Farley decent area 8 min. walk to a amazing Steak House the property can use a little upgrades overall was great!!! The Host Sara is very quick to respond to any questions..

Nice appointment in quiet neighborhood. Mold in one of the bathroom caused respiratory issues.

Great place! Very centrally located. We stayed in the 1 bedroom, Apt 1. There were 3 of us and we were very comfortable. We had daily maid service and loved how it had a full kitchen. Also, the upstairs terrace is beautifully decorated and complete with a BBQ grill, large cooler and plenty of seating!! I hope to stay here again on our next visit.

I booked a one night stay for my family of 5 at Once21 Apartments. We rented a car for our business/holiday trip to Guadalajara and called the hotel number (the one listed on the Expedia site) to discuss secure parking plans, and was unable to reach the mobile desk on a Thursday... I called again the following day (Friday), repeatedly, during business hours and then got a disconnected phone response. I contacted Expedia three times that day and they tried calling the site and nothing. I requested a cancellation at 4 pm, and the hotel charged my FULL payment and refused to refund because my stay was planned for Sunday. I called Expedia again to complain about my experience and immediately received a call from Mexico and the front desk person from Once21. I need to specify that they called from another number, not the one listed on the site. I told them I wanted to cancel because they were unreliable and unresponsive and they said No. They mocked me and said "you should have sent us an email if the phone does not work". I explained to the Expedia rep that I had small children and felt insecure about calling them upon arrival to get a key and have the same unreliable response from them and be stuck without a hotel. They charged my full payment and I have yet to get EXPEDIA TO PAY ME BACK, after experiencing such a hassle...Extremely dissatisfied with this experience after 15 years of loyalty to Expedia. Beware of this site!!

Muy bonito el departamento y cerca de vialidades principales y atractivos turísticos.

Esta muy bien, muy agradable solo la regadera principal estaba tapada, y falta de limpieza en la regadera. Esta muy amplio y muy bien ubicado. Falta que digan que los articulos de limpieza estan por la terraza para poder hacer el aseo

Solo estuvimos una noche pero todo muy bien, gracias, departamento muy bien equipado, la cocina y nos recibieron muy cordialmente y nos dejaron unas galletitas, juguitos y cápsulas para café, excelente!

Servicio, limpieza, atención, seguridad y tranquilidad.

Llegué por la noche al establecimiento y no pude contactar a persona alguna para ingresar en su número de teléfono, lo cual me obligó a hospedane en otro lugar la primer noche. La persona que hace la limpieza dejó las llaves en un candado pero no me enviaron ni dejaron mensaje alguno con información al respecto, a pesar de que tenían mi número celular. Para compensar, Vicente (dueño del establecimiento quien reside en el extranjero), de palabra sólo me ofreció una noche de cortesía a hacer efectiva en el futuro, pero no me devolvió el costo de la primera noche ni compensación adicional alguna. De nada sirve que el establecimiento esté en buenas condiciones en general, si los huéspedes se quedan en la calle.

El departamento muy bien con muy buenas instalaciones tal cual como aparece en las fotos Lo único es que el estacionamiento es un poco reducido
