Embassy is fabulous as always, but this was the first where the 2 drink pp limit was enforced with drink coupons during the welcome reception. Kinda bummer bc we talked friends into this hotel specifically for the welcome reception and the 2 drinks, lays potato chips and broccoli/ranch really were a huge let down.

Great stay with my family

As soon as we checked into our room, the AC was turned off and the room was hot. I had to call the front office to have a repair man come turn on the AC with a tool.

The gates to enter & exit are a pain . I have to get out to reach them or have someone else get out so we could enter or exit the property. Wasn’t impressed by the gates at all ,

The front desk, food service and housekeeping staff were all friendly and competent. Free breakfast was great. The only negative was the very small swimming pool. Why such a tiny pool for a large hotel? My grandkids never got to use it because it was crowded.

Loved the breakfasts! Plenty of street parking. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

The housekeeping had a lot to be desired as far as keeping things stocked. Housekeeping came late…after we returned from the beach. Also, they charge $40/night parking which was not communicated and signs around the lobby said hourly rate for non-residents. Very confusing. But the breakfast and reception was above all my expectations

The pool area is unsanitary, not maintained and very disturbing. I will not return just because of the pool. Drains were clogged with scum, plates of food remnants remained the entire day drawing massive amount flies. All lighting fixtures were broken with exposed wiring, lawn chairs were in disrepair, and the bathrooms had no running water. I was tempted to get a chlorine test kit to check the water, I'm convinced it had low or no chlorine. No staff ever passed through to check on things, simply horrible, a horrific management failure.

The hotel and room were clean. No issues there. This just wasn’t the Embassy Suites we are used to. The “living room” area was tiny and no way to fully separate that area from the bedroom like all the other ES’s we have stayed at. And while the bartenders were awesome, the snacks served during the managers reception were sub par…..potato chips and Oreos??? Broccoli and ranch every night with a corn dip thrown in occasionally. Again, compared to others we have stayed at, it was disappointing. Music on Friday however was great.

Clean property, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast with the omelet station.

Staff for the property were amazing! But we woke up every morning to the cell phone alarm ringing next door at 5am every morning. Drove me nuts!

We loved your hotel, especially the breakfast buffet. Staff was extremely friendly. Just a small suggestion. Your tub surface is very slippery, and, maybe some bat mats should be available? if they were there, we did not see any. I'm a retired nurse and I see an accident waiting to happen. Another option is grip strips, and I realize they can be problematic maintaining, but just thought I would put it out there.
