Property was excellent but a sign at the corner of the lane. We fluked finding it because we met a fellow at end of lane and he said we were in the right spot. We would never have found it !

The whole riad was absolutely stunning, including the room. From the moment we arrived and entered, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, and we felt we had entered a palace. I loved the rooftop terrace for breakfast and dinner. The food was the best we had in Morocco so I definitely recommend eating at the riad. The location was convenient, easy walking distance to the medina and sites but located just outside so it was quiet and easily accessible by taxi. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Riad Fes Maya was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were gorgeous and huge, and the pictures we viewed don’t do the place justice. All the art pieces and antiques make the place an artistic marvel. The breakfast was on the roof, and it is an absolutely breathtaking view from there. The food itself was very very good, and we really enjoyed the spread of breads, eggs, jams, and fresh orange juice. We also had dinner one night on the rooftop and it was very good. I got the chicken tagine, and it was delicious, would highly recommend it. Everyone at the riad was so kind and accommodating. The morning we left, we left before breakfast was served, and she gave us a small breakfast to go, which was very kind. Overall, we had a great stay, and would definitely come back here!

Our experience was sublime. The Riad is stunning with exquisite furniture and incredible architecture. The food was delicious and the staff were amazing. They are the most valuable treasure of this Riad. They made us feel so very welcome. We would love to be back again.

You get a pleasant surprise when you first enter the riad from the narrow street and corridor. It opens up into a beautiful foyer area. Our room was also a lovely historic room with an impressive painted ceiling. The room had everything we needed and we slept very well. Breakfast was good and served on the rooftop in a nice room with large windows. The service was generally very good although they did appear to be short staffed. The receptionist kept answering by phone while trying to check us in at the same time. We also found the front door locked and were unable to leave as a receptionist wasn’t at the desk. The walk to the centre of the medina take about 20 minutes and you will come across locals telling you certain routes are “closed” trying to get you to pay them money to show you the way. Trust your phone GPS. The hotel is near a road accessible by cars which is convenient for drop off and pick up. No need to drag cases through the narrow streets.

A beautiful, historic hotel that is extremely clean, we loved the decor which was grand and palatial. The Hotel staff; Khadija, Hamid and Ayman (think that was their names) were so friendly, welcoming and made our stay memorable- thank you! The hotel is close to the Medina and numerous places to eat. Overall the perfect place to stay in Fes.

Staff is not hospitable and argumentative. Very unpleasant and underwhelming experience. AC does not work well. Breakfast served cold. There was a man a property who said he is interior designer and will refer us for shopping. We learned it is scam and they send people to preferred shops and con then. They sold rug worth 300 dollars for 80000 dollars to someone stay away from this riad. There are several options available
