This property is a collection of small apartment buildings with a shared main building featuring the amenities. The apartment itself was very nice. It was on the second level of the building which was accessible only by stairs making it a little challenging with luggage in the rain. The unit we stayed in had 2 bathrooms with a wheelchair accessible shower. This was a nice idea except the lack of a lift and a tall door jam at the front door all but excluded the idea that a person using a wheelchair may find themselves in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit we stayed in had an induction stove and full sized refrigerator. The Tesco express is a short walk down the road so you can fill up your fridge and settle in. The laundry on-site is actually a pay laundry in the central building. It wasn’t working completely and I inadvertently spent more on a cold dryer cycle than I intended but the staff was very attentive and I imagine it will be back to working in no time. About the staff, they were very nice and quick to reply to messages in the Hotels.com app. We were delayed coming in and they were happy to leave the keys in the lockbox which allowed us to arrive on our schedule. They also shared a lot of tips on places to see in the area which was a huge help.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but was very happy with the apartment we had. Very updated and spacious. Great location, easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the lake.

Stayed for 1 night, easy check in and out, apartment was up to a good standard could do with some slippers for the bathroom but otherwise brilliant. Apartment 31 was in a good location for an easy walk down to the pier. Overall a great stay and would come back.

Good accommodation in a very convenient location with good parking. No frills but everything that was needed for a family break.

Nice apartment for my wife and I to spend a couple of nights with our 1 year old daughter. There was plenty of room in the bedroom for the travel cot we brought with us, and they provided a high chair on arrival. The apartment was also dog friendly so our little pooch was able enjoy the trip with us (at a cost of £25 per night). The welcome pack did mention there was a free bag of dog treats available for dogs, but we didn't actually receive any. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for the stay (even though we ate out). The weather wasn't great during our stay, but there is a small playground on site for kids to use, unfortunately we didn't get chance to. There was also a sort of games room (table tennis etc) which would be good for slightly older kids. The location is great, roughly a 5 - 10 minute walk down to the lake and shops/restaurants - I was pleasantly surprised how closer we were.

We had a great stay here! The property was clean and had everything we needed (hoover, toaster, cutlery etc). It was nice and warm too. Very comfortable bed (no footboard so great for taller guests too). Very pleasant and helpful staff at reception and easy to check in/out. Location is great - walkable into the village, with safe parking outside the property. There is a bar next to the site and I was worried about the noise but we couldn't hear a thing from inside the property so had a great, peaceful weekend. Thank you! We will be back :)

Reception staff was very knowledgable and courtious. Very well spaced out and clean premsis. Carpets and sofas need new upholstery.

Lovely, clean and comfortable accommodation, the only problem was the shower which had very little power/pressure

I rang the day before to see if we could come early as we were celebrating a birthday and they said yes . On arrival they had put a birthday card and bucks fizz in the apprtment. They were so helpfull and kind x

Loved our stay. Great access to all local activities, plenty of parking and facilities on site are great compared to other local providers. Only issue was there were some loose tiles on the bathroom floor and the extractor fan was useless, which left the bathroom very hot and humid all night

Newley renovated 2 bedroom appartment in great condition. Very comfortable. Facilities were great and amazing location. Will definitely go back and perfect for a family for a few days stay

We love it here! Stayed last year & we decided to return again for 2021. We aren’t usually the type to go to the same place twice however we love the lakes, with Windermere being a stunning little area. And we find The apartments here give you more freedom than other accommodation in the area. They are great set out apartments with multiple bedrooms & are fully kitted out with kitchen, dining, living area etc. The decor is a little outdated & they look a little tired. And I could smell that dogs had been in the apartment previously with some pet hair still in the carpet. So maybe they could work on that but this is not a deal breaker for us and we will be back again. The staff are very friendly and helped with all enquiries. Check in was very easy & they got us in early. Thank you for another great stay & Can’t wait to visit again!
