Very nice staff. Plenty comfortable and clean. Fabulous breakfast spot. Nice location looking out to the sea. A good spot but could use some refresh.

Even though they have "smoke-free" signs everywhere, the entire place stinks with smoke. I asked them for a smoke-free room and they said they don't have any smoke-free rooms. This was the biggest bummer to me. The also charge you per person even if you have a room that "sleeps 3". I get this, but it was annoying at the same time. We ended up having to pay for 2 rooms for me and my kids. Their breakfast options are decent. They have a variety of healthy options.

What a difference a year makes! We were disappointed with the size and condition of our “nonsmoking” room. The standard room was extremely small and poorly lit. We stayed at this property a year ago exactly. In fact, the main reason we stopped in Ordu was the great stay we had in Sinema hotel. This year The property seemed rundown and the staff was not much better. One example was when the breakfast staff(named canan ) scoffed when we asked for something as simple as olive oil.

The rooftop restaurant and bar were a perfect place to relax and enjoy a lovely meal. Our rooms were large and extremely comfortable with gorgeous views of the sea.

The air conditioning was throwing cigarate smoke. The room was full of smoke. The breakfast was not amazing.

كانت إقامة رائعة ومتميزة ، من حيث موقع الفندق في سنتر أوردو ، الموظفين متعاونين ، الافطار جيد ومتنوع ، أود أن أشكر السيد عثمان حيث انه تمت ترقية الغرفة إلى غرفة مطلة على البحر ، ملاحظة واحدة الإضاءة غير كافية في الغرفة .

Nothing like all things so bad and the staff all disrespectful and careless especially the reception. We booked for two persons but they said booked for one! Which not acceptable and they charge the same amount as new booking!! This hotel so bad and we not advise any to reserve with them....

Otel genel olarak güzel. Kahvaltısı idare eder. Konum olarak güzel. Tek sıkıntısı öğretmenevinin yanında ve öğretmen evinde düğün oluyor. Bütün düğünü duyuyorsunuz.

clean big rooms

Lovely hotel, rooms were very nice and bed so comfortable. Breakfast was really nice and enough to set you up for the day. Overall would highly reccommebd the hotel and the price was great for such a nice place.
