There were no hand towels in the bathroom. The floor in the room was very dusty, as if it hadn't been cleaned. It seemed like only the bed sheets were changed and items in the room were replenished, but the overall condition wasn't checked beforehand.

The housekeeper likely didn't clean the room thoroughly. There were nail clippings in the bedroom, on the bedside table, and hair from the previous guest on the floor and in the bathroom. There was also a lot of dust in the room and some insect debris.

The accommodation had a great atmosphere and the staff were lovely and provided excellent service.

I had a wonderful stay at one bedroom suite which a free upgrade has been offered during check-in. A flexible check-in and check-out time was helpful with my schedule. Khao Yai is always the best and Atta making it even more incredible.
