Very nice place

Super clean and very friendly staff.

Staff were incredibly friendly,

We've paid and booked online a week ago, Check in via email stated at 3pm. We checked in at 4:45pm and still had to wait for a room for more than 30 minutes. Room was not clean, but we settled for the only opened room they had because we had to cleanup and be at our function.

Very slow check in… clerk training. Slow elevator… no full sized plates or napkins at breakfast. Breakfast the same every day

This hotel says its a Holiday Inn Express on the building and the bill but the inside says Motel 6! Only one elevator, only one ice maker. Room was for 4 adults only had 2 sets of towels. Reserved a suite, which was advertised as 300 extra square feet, nope the room was ONLY 300 square feet! Airfilters were dirty! Owner and wife are on site. He is EXTREMELY rude! Would not speak to me, would tell his employee the answers to my questions. He would sit on the couch and watch a line form as people waited to check in. Spoke loudly on speaker phone in the packed lobby. I will take my business and money to another hotel.

The hotel is located in an area with movies, eateries and easy on/off freeway access.

Very clean

The desk receptionist was very friendly as was the gentleman in charge of the breakfast bar. Breakfast bar was good. Wife really enjoyed the omelette. The room we stayed in had usb and outlets hit or miss. The USB’s need repairing for sure. The tile look and felt like it needed better cleaning. Only enough towels for 2 people even though the reservation was for 4. One towel looked bad worn. Desk receptionist was helpful in getting us more. Pool was closed for the season. Did not see any notice of that when making the reservation but that’s neither here nor there. Kids were disappointed. Room had some shady repairs but did have a notice about “remodeling” on the front entrance. There is a plethora of dining options close by, several within walking distance.

Everytime I visit my daughter this is the hotel I stay in. Very close to restaurants etc. The front desk is always welcoming and Hotel is always clean

The no-frills room was quiet, pretty clean, and adequate for my one night stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. I would stay here again.

Location location

Would stay here again. Nice, new area with lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance.
