The room was spotless the lady that gave us our keys was very welcoming and had a great stay

Me and my daughter loved it, will definitely book there again. The room was clean and warm. The staff were friendly and excellent, as they have a booklet with information if you’re looking for places to eat or drink.

Everything we needed was just a few minutes away,very pet friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and attentive.

Nice clean hotel, right in the center of Blackpool, and not too expensive. We would stay here again.

Such a lovely experience very clean , lovely staff , helpful, polite, any requests were answered would 100 percent recommend anybody to stay here family’s , couples , pets . All round great experience :)

Lovely place and ideally set with secure carpark nearby and seafront 2 mins away. Rooms are nice but being an older building you take your chance with noisy people above you as the sound travels well. Ensuite was adequate even though the shower could do with a bit of tlc and the bedroom draws could of been cleaner or at least remove the hairs but over all in would still recommend you stay there.

We loved are stay annmarie went above and beyond to help us. Couldn't fault her or the accommodation. Best place stayed in. She was so friendly kids and my dog loved it too we was all super happy deffo be going bk nxt year

Perfect location. Everything you need within a 5-10 minute walk. Couldn't have picked a better place. Staff was excellent and friendly.

Very friendly, our room was spotless.room had little snacks water and plenty of tea and coffees and even hot chocolate as well which I thought that was very lovely. Bed was comfy blackout curtains so you can have a lie in .

Excellent friendly check in . But grubby on the road outside , Clean room , and no problems .

This property was amazing, as were our hosts. Everyone went above & beyond to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The children loved the surprises on there pillows & meeting the adorable benji! Us adults loved the the clean & spacious room, the warm welcome & the assistance shown. We paid extra for breakfast & think that was extremely well priced, & very delicious! Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners. Sweets and colouring books for the children was a lovely touch. Tower on the doorstep. Would definitely stay again.
