Clean lift and building, plenty of towels. Shutters and AC kept the apartment at a perfect temperature. Was a 5 minute walk to SAGRADA FAMÍLIA, which id a good hub to get anywhere. Spoiled for choice for supermarkets.

Checking in was an issue. There is no front desk and we had to call the number to set up a time to be let in to the property. There were two numbers to call, but they weren't communicating with each other and we ended up waiting over an hour outside at nightfall for someone to come let us in because they were busy letting people in all over the city. It wasn't ideal.

fantastic location, great apartment - very spacious and everything that’s needed is there. loved it, for sure will stay here another time. check in process was easy, check out - just close the door. the only downside - can’t store bags at the place if come early/leave late. but i was recommended a storage locker 5kin walk away for 5€ a day, so everything worked out perfectly. thank you very much!!

The property is very nice and very accessible to all amenities such as shops, restaurants and transportation You don’t need to take a taxi from airport to accommodation very accessible you just have to take the public metro line 9 from airport then change to line5 in collblanc then Sagrada Família,, and 5 mins walk to Accomodation Just suggestion if they can provide a safe for the important documents of the tenants so they can live them at the accommodation while touring the area ,, Overall nice and fabulous accommodation

The property is lovely with all the large equipment needed, however, there were 4 of us in the flat, equipped with four cups, 1 large glass and 2 small glasses. the kitchen knives were blunt and no scissors. Particularly important for those using budget airline when all cases are cabin bags There was only 2 sachets of shower gel, good job two of our party brought there own. I reported the lack of glasses on the first night one maintenance person came but did not have the right keys to the store cupboard, The beds are comfortable, but the pillows are thin, there were only 2 spare. I reminded them everyday but none were provided. It is a pity as this flat is lovely and we enjoyed are stay, apart from the few irritations.. The apartment can fit 6 people but does not have the equipment for four let alone 6. Great for 2/3.

It’s a great condo with plenty of space for two adults and two kids. The kids love the bunk room but we recommend a railing for the top bunk as it is pretty high and our kids were initially scared to sleep up there. The internet is fast and the location is very convenient with a Supercor pretty close by for groceries and Sagrada Família within minutes walk.

The apartment is clean and very modern. In the future I would rather stay somewhere with a front desk since trying to coordinate with someone to come open the door isn't the best arrangement after a long day of traveling. There is an additional 60 euro cleaning fee that I was not aware about until after the booking. The apartment was clean enough, but there was definitely dust and uncleaned areas that were affecting my dust mite allergies.

Cleaning charge of 52 euro collected at check-in for one night,it's obnoxious. And the room charge we had paid was 11k rs. Such high charges shld be part of the booking and not once we go there

A generally nice two bedroom flat for a family with two teenagers. Only once I had received the booking confirmation was I made aware of the late arrival fee, €40 after 8pm. If I wanted to book Air bnb conditions, I would have, but I booked through Hotes.com!!!! There is literally crockery for 4 people, chipped and all. A few extra pieces would be nice. On arrival I learn of a cleaning fee, about €50. I am then expected to leave the apartment clean, having cleaned all dishes as well. Why am I paying a cleaning fee? Again, I would expect this through Air bnb, not a hotels.com company. Apartment needs a bit of work, shelf at front door needs straightening. A mirror in main bedroom would be nice. Good shower with enough hot water. Enough beds to keep teenagers apart.

I was very happy with this place and location. The rooms were good and very clean. I felt the apartment was safe and secure for my family. We couldn’t have picked a greater location for the price. Supermarkets (2!) around the corner literally! The metro was very close and so was La Sagrada Familia. I would highly recommend this place for families and individuals. Minimal downsides - heard others above us sometimes. The room with the twin beds are actually trundle and made it really tight for my teens but they were comfortable and cozy. The heat didn’t seem to work at first but we finally got it to heat up a little the last day. Some was user error and other was it took forever to heat. Last, the hot water doesn’t last long for showers so don’t take too long for family with four! Overall excellent experience!!

We spent 3 nights in the Gaudi Flats with a family of 4 and had a nice experience. The location is fantastic, being only a couple of blocks from the famed Sagrada Familia and the metro stop. There are also a host of good eateries in the area at various price points so you don’t have to travel far for a good meal. The apartment is a nice size and very modern with two balconies on the backside. The kitchen was great to be able to make some of our own meals when we felt like it, and it came complete with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo unit. We had everything we needed to set up shop while we were in Barcelona. The check-in process was pleasant and efficient. We were met there by the property rental representative upon arrival, and she even contacted me the day before on WhatsApp to make sure we were coordinated on our meeting time. 3 things I think could have been better: 1) Provide paper towels and more toilet paper. There were no paper towels and only a couple of rolls of toilet paper. 2) Put some felt pads on the bottom of the kitchen chairs to dampen the sound when they are moved. We were kept up at night and awoken in the morning because the people upstairs kept making VERY loud squeaking noises every time they moved their chairs. 3) Get reliable routers for the WiFi. We had to reset our router several times a day. It was a bit annoying that the Internet connection kept dropping. Overall, we were happy with our stay at the Gaudi Flats.

3 very disappointing points: 1 - Television working very erratic. First, appeared that there was no power. After 3 phone calls managed to speak to someone who said somebody will turn up to look at it. We went out, came back and still TV not working, whether somebody turned up or not. Later on and by total chance, when my wife flicked a switch on the opposite wall, the TV came on. The following morning again no power, despite the fact that the switch remained in the same position. We did not phone them again, as we had already spent over £3.00 the previous day on phone calls about the TV. 2 - The electric shutter in the small bedroom not working: stuck in the open position, which makes the room light very early in the morning. 3 - 45 Euros for cleaning is extortionate in view of the price paid.
