I wanted to extend my stay, and asked the front desk the night before. The lady at the front desk was busy and asked me to do it the next mornig. So I approched the next morning the front desk, and initially the staff told me that there was no room available. So I explained that the nigth before the lady told me that I could do it in the morning! Then immediately they found availabe room, but the price they wanted to charge me was extremely higher. asking them why this difference they told me that this is because of the interest of customers looking for a room. SO I decided to change hotel, and booked with you (expedia) another hotel close by (Volare), as I do not accept people mistreating me as customer
