Service here is terrible… none of the employees appear to care at all about guest experience or satisfaction. Sheets in our room had a giant brown stain in the middle, at dinner the waitstaff were inattentive, rude and did not appear to care about the guests experience at all. The „hospitality manager“ literally made my 6 year old cry on the first day of our trip because she wanted ice cream and now she doesn’t even want to go into this area for breakfast because she doesn’t like how she was treated. Alone due to the rude staff I won’t be returning. Don’t stay here.

We had the best time here, family of six visiting the first week of Jan 2026. The pool is perfect for young children, my older children really enjoyed the outdoor pool especially when it was snowing. We didn't expect the amount of snow that fell but it made the holiday really memorable for the kids. Hired 10 person bike which was super fun and really easy to book, then went back and did the kids safari where they drive a little jeep around and followed a pre set out trail which my little girls absolutely loved. We will definitely be going back to this center parcs!

The 1-level bungalow we were in was very cheaply renovated and the parc isnt as lively as your standard centre parcs, feels like a centre parcs-lite edition. The swimming pool looks cozy but its dated, i dont doubt it will be renovated any time soon.

We love this centreparcs, it's our 3rd holiday here, we like to come in the middle of winter as its got a nice wintery forest vibe. It's not an all bells and whistles, massive entertainment type of park, it's small, quiet and calm, just how we like it. The cabins are warm and cosy, the water at the pool is nice and warm and the surrounding woods are great for walking in.

Our chalet was for 6 people but the 3rd room was very tiny. Hardly any space to move. The food on site was expensive and didn't meet our standards. There were lots to keep kids busy and they loved the lazy river and the wavey pool.
