loved the balcony.. the property was nice, it was only a little noisy at night with the traffic, but definitely in a walkable area in town. Def a spot I would book again.

There was no WiFi in my room. Even when given another way to log in, it didn’t work. The third time I brought it up, the man at the desk shrugged his shoulders. I wasn’t the only one with this problem. Many people would stand in the hallways.

This is an older property which adds to its charm, but the mold in the room was gross. Bed was okay. They did have a heat/ac unit in the room.Shower water pressure was better than most. Not too far from restaurants and shops but area is mostly residential. They did bring breakfast to our room, which was nice.

No hot water, no toilet paper, uncomfortable bed, dirty socks from previous client. We book 2 nights and left next day.

This was quite a pleasant surprise. The hotel was impeccably clean, conveniently located for dining and service was incredible. Our room had a balcony overlooking the hillside and the breakfast was terrific. This was a terrific experience.

El hotel se encuentra una zona céntrica, hay tiendas de ropa, farmacias, restaurantes, todo lo que necesites está cerca.
El hotel es cómodo y el personal muy atento.
El desayuno lo sirven de 5am a 9:30am.

Property is a good option for a night or two in Cusco. Convenient location that is short walk to the main square. There is a market close by for snacks, water, etc. The accommodations are basic but are a good launching point for Peru adventurers. The main draw back is that there are many travelers that are taking early morning excursions and it can be really noisy from about 4 to 5 am with doors and talking as people head out.

12 minute walk to the historic center. Clean and warm rooms. The tours were able to pick us up easily at this hotel.

Very comfortable room walkable distance to attractions in central Cuzco. Good hot water system which is not a given in Peru. My only criticism is could hear people yelling on the street at wee hours. Would book again.

Bed was very uncomfortable. No privacy - bathroom vent directly into the hallway / atrium. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly.

Location is close to everything - restaurants and shops. Plaza de Armas is a short walk and the tourist offices and train stations are within 5 minutes from the hotel. Breakfast is ok. If you come closer to the end of the meal service, they don’t refill the food anymore. They’re strict about extra people in the room so make sure to book for the exact number of people. Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. I love the beds, beddings and extra pillows. But like all other hotels in Peru it seems, walls are paper thin and no soundproofing at all. You hear everything!! So bring earplugs if you’re noise sensitive.

The Prisma is a popular choice for trekking companies both before and after trips. The hotel is geared up for luggage storage whilst the groups are away. Everything was kept safety secured.
The free breakfast serves a purpose but was lacking in variety and had limited options. Rooms were very basic but also very clean. Priced about right for the standards.
