Clean room, nice breakfast, nice indoor pool, rooms are spacious

We loved this hotel. The room was very spacious and very clean. The water pressure and water temperature are a huge thing for me and this Home2 had awesome water pressure and plenty of hot water! The bed was super comfortable. My husband commented several times about how great the bed was, and he isn’t easy to please. We didn’t hear any noise from guests or traffic and slept great both nights. Parking was easy and the lot well lit. We are so happy to have found this hotel because we will be making numerous trips to the area and will be booking at this Home2 every time.

Great stay! The front desk worker was very welcoming and kind.

I was very happy with the size of the suite and the comfort of the bed. Bathroom also has a lot of space and the shower has a great pressure. Breakfast was ok. Everyday the same. We stayed 7 days and i think the only changes were: bacon to sausages or canadian bacon. Coffee it is not really good. The front desk people were very good and helpful. The cleaning was awful. We arrived a Tuesday and asked for not cleaning the next day because we had a mess. The following day was not cleaned. Neither the following one so we call service and they send someone to clean: meaning make the bed and put new towels. Then we had another "cleaning" day abd that was all for 7 days!. Location is great. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. I am sorry but the attitude of the cleaning people gathering in the halways in groups of 5 or 6 people talking loudly and not cleaning our room caused this review

Pool was filthy, couldn't even let my grandson swim. The went out to enjoy the fire out it didn't work. The two amenities that I looked forward to. When I asked about the fire pit I was told well I turned it on. Them asked when last time pool was cleaned and was told I don't k ow, not my job! The rooms were very clean and the kitchen staff serving breakfast were top notch, very friendly.

The walls have questionable Stains in the bedroom. The light above the sink in the bathroom is burned out-the drain in the bathroom is not sloped to drain.- the hotel was extremely cold and when with turning the heat on it was cold.

Very pet friendly with nice green space.

Easy to get to, great service and very clean

Have stayed here multiple times without problems. Our shower had a problem with the handle that made it very difficult to turn on and off. We told the front desk several times without any repair. We ended up showering at a different place the last day we were there.

Air conditioner in room leaked water. Carpet was saturated. When I questioned this at desk he said all rooms are like this. They were beginning to fix this problem with doing a group of rooms at the time. We needed to shorten our stay by one night. No assistance how to get a refund even though we bought travel insurance

Will definitely stay again! Dog-friendly, pool, gym and breakfast! An amazing stay.
