The staff was great. The room was clean and the bed was good. Miss a complementary breakfast in the attached restaurant. This is the place to stay if you are in Grand Cache.

Really happy with this property. I asked for a pet friendly room with a western view to the Rockies and it was perfect. The beds were amazing, it has a laundry room and health centre and on site restaurant with the best chips! Will stay again.

Excellent, clean & well-appointed rooms.Very friendly and helpful staff, both at the front desk as well as in the breakfast lounge... Excellent full course breakfast supplied at no extra cost! The bedroom was well apportioned and extremely well decorated. The heating / air conditioning was modern and functional, operating very quietly while easy to control. Decent parking. Very economical and highly recommended!

I have a support animal. It is not a dog or cat but a documented animal (letter from my doctor). The manager accommodated my support animal and all went smoothly at check in and check out. Thank you so much.

Was worst stay I’ve had in many hotel experiences. No water in water cooler, unfriendly staff and to have house keeping knock on your door 5 min before check out and be rude asking if we were checking out soon is ridiculous. So unwelcoming and a joke

The location was good. If you get a front facing room that would be great, as the panoramic vista out front is one of the best

Rooms are a little dated but everything was clean. Beds are comfortable. Walls are pretty thin. Could hear people talking until 12:30am. Did not try the on-site restaurant or breakfast.

I stay at this hotel whenever I go to Grande Cache. The rooms are always clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is top notch, with homemade bread. The portions are huge.
