walkable distance from 5th ave and Walmart. not too noisy to sleep at night. You’ll be able to cook simple dishes. good spot worth the money. Breakfast is very basic and will be delivered to your room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect—close to the bustling 5th Avenue, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. There are plenty of dining options nearby, offering great variety. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay!

The location is a quiet street but walkable to the beach and restaurants. The staff are nice and helpful. I especially say thank you to Sarai.

Junior Suite is Great for a long stay. The advertised Executive suite does not have a kitchen. That should be made clearer. Once settled in. It Felt really comfortable and private. Front desk and house keeping are very helpful. Gina especially! Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would recommend

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and my room was spacious. The area was walkable and safe. The only disappointment was that the pool wasn't open for the first 3 days of my trip.

I loved having a fridge and it was close to the main strip of shops and beaches. The water pressure isn’t great in the shower but it’s not unusable. I’d stay here again!

Nice hotel with the most friendliest staff beautiful rooftop with awesome view. Only 2 complaints. No chairs for balcony and the bed was uncomfortable otherwise the hotel is clean and convenient to 5th ave. The staff helped with any and everything. Everyone was friendly and pleasant.

We enjoyed our 7 day stay in this property, everybody at front desk was helpful, the manager Mr. Elias was very professional and nice gentleman, he speaks good English and made sure we have everything we need. Also Miss Georgina, a very kind and cheerful lady always smiling and came to help when we needed something. The Studio is super clean, comes with everything you need to cook, two smart TVs and a nice little balcony. The roof top pool is very clean and very refreshing. There's also two big supermarkets nearby, a laundry room within one block, a Zumba class going on every day in the evening and is free, just ask Georgino, she'll tell you all about it. The elevator made it real easy to carry our luggage's up and down. The continental breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. Thank you everyone at Hotelito Del Mar. We definitely recommend this

Lived the Mexican life for 5 weeks and this spot perfect grocery store 2 blocks away had everything that I needed

I stayed for 3 weeks at Hotelito del Mar and highly recommend it! It’s perfect for a long term stay with kitchen and separate bedroom so it feels like an apartment. The rooftop is really nice and the staff were lovely. I wanted to be away from the busy centro so I really liked the location. Great stay!

Amazing staff and service. Rooms are modern. Close to everything u need and a quick walk to 5th ave. Rooftop pool is great! Will definitely stay here again.

The location is good with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It is a 5 minute walk to 5th Avenue so quieter than the in super busy area. The rooms were good size and full size fridge a bonus. It was also nice to have air conditioning in the main area as well as its own ac in the bedroom. The rooftop pool was great to relax as most days we were the only ones up there. Beach towels are provided for use which is a nice bonus. Anything we asked for the staff were able to assist with. Fernanda inparticular was awesome!! She was always willing to answer any questions we had and help when required. We would stay at this location again without doubt. (the neighbourhood dogs can be a bit annoying at times with barking so I recommend a room on the back side of the building x03 or x04)

I had a personal face towel that was stolen from me by the maid. Reception was not helpful in retrieving the item from me. I was told that they could not send me the item because they did not have my address. I was not pleased with this at all. It left me feeling sad. I like my other hotel much better. I do not mind being away from town; however, this hotel was even a little too far for me.

We booked for 3 people. No towels, no toilet tissue and bed sheets were dirty. I was not given the room that we paid for.
