Czysto, wygodnie , kuchnia wyposazona . Basen dostepny tylko przez godzine dziennie , i to byl minus. Okolica ładna.

We missed the availability of a toaster and a microwave. It was difficult to prepare breakfast as the breakfast at the restaurant was £16. Also, the shower head kept falling down and the shower gel dispencer was not working properly.

nice place for a few days. a little tricky to find as it’s under a different name!

Self sufficient apartment

We booked an apartment we loved the location it close to the centre, it did have a building site opposite but it didnt really both us. The apartment was clean and tidy but you had to pay for further cleans during your stay, we just kept on top of the cleanliness and it was fine. We loved the pool we enjoyed access to that nearly every day, the sauna and the steam room was very relaxing too. If we ever go back to Gdańsk we would book the same hotel

I am not sure why this place has 4 stars on Expedia! It is nice enough, the access to pool in a separate building is a good plus. Location is good. The information about the property says toiletries provided, note this is actually just a generic liquid soap and so do not expect the level you would fet in an actual 4 star property! The trek to the reception inna separate building is a psin so making it arduous to get basics like coffee and tea. Communication and politeness and helpfulness if reception staff is variable unfortunately.

Very clean and well stocked. Front desk friendly

The staff were very helpful and kind. There was a few what locked like ants on the bed and on the table. Be warned there is two Grano places that are across from each other about a five minute walk apart. They say thay have cable but not as i know it no english speaking channels. For that reason I would think twice about booking again.

Not a great hotel. No smoking area and not allowed to smoke on balcony. No noise of any kind after 22:00.

Beautiful view of the lake

Had a great time at the Grano Apartment. Pool was a great amenity to have access to. Just remember to bring your own towels provided at the property and reserve your times at spa front reception. The restaurant had great food when you need some food on a pinch. It was a short walk to the Gdansk centre and there was always a bolt scooter you could take if you felt tired of walking. Highly recommend staying here!

Very comfortable ideal for family our apartment was excellent

Clean close to old town spacious great pool and saunas.

Apartment was ok easy to get to centre staff on front desk after arriving very late just gave us key booklet told us up the street not good with the communication

Staff could have been friendlier at times and the bed was practically floor level in our apartment - quite basic but was fine for what we needed as was hardly in room

Gorgeous apartment. Everything was clean and exactly what we expected. Only improvement would be getting some black out curtains for the bedroom

Excellent definitely reckoned all Staff with the exception of one young man in the spa area were friendly helpful.

This was a great Apartment Lots of space with lots of on site facilitys. The buffet breakfast was excellent. And a very short walk tocthe tram and the city centre. Would definitely come back again.

Rooms were modern and clean! Downside is pillows were very thin and beds were rock hard
