Todo perfecto, a excepcion de que el Domingo 26 de mayo a las 8.30 hs de la mañana, unos hombres colgados de unas silletas, comenzaron a limpiar los vidrios exteriores al Hotel, justo por nuestra habitación (piso 7 vista al lago).

I liked the fact that the property was clean and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Great airport hotel. Convenient location, highly recommend

The hotel was conveniently located, clean, quiet and with on-site parking. The staff was very friendly. Be aware, there aren't any self-service laundry facilities at the hotel, or in Uruguay for that matter, so plan on bringing enough clothes for your entire stay as the cost for the hotel to launder your clothes is astronomical.

My husband and I stay at the Hampton by Hilton Montevideo Carrasco every time we visit Uruguay, and it never disappoints! We absolutely love the property's condition and facilities—everything feels modern and well-maintained. The area around the hotel is also quite nice, providing a good balance of convenience and tranquility. However, we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness issues during our last two stays, which was a bit disappointing since it’s not what we’ve come to expect from this hotel. We’re hoping this was just a temporary setback and that things will be back to their usual high standards on our next visit. Overall, we still highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent facilities, and the warm hospitality of the staff. Looking forward to our next visit! 💖

Hotel very handy for airport however traffic noise from dual carriageway means you may not sleep. Hotel restaurant worst experience of my life. One girl serving waiting over 20 minutes just to get a drink never mind order food. Restaurant too small for hotel. Get down early or you will have big queue for seat for breakfast which is very good. Howver buffet area poor layout and congested. maid turned up at 1700 while i was relaxing. so i have no maod service. no signs to ask if they can make up room or not disturb. Reception staff very good. Shame about the rest of the staff. Pool excellent.

The staff were friendly, and easy to check in and check out. We enjoyed the breakfast and the dulce de leche!

Great hotel and location

Not a great location. Poor customer service. Even when you arrive after check-in time - rooms are not available. Front desk couldn’t care less if you’re waiting.
