Friendly Staff

Room was nice, most staff were standard attitude. Bellhop was nicest in the morning when I was leaving. Restaurant staff didn't seem quite accommodating. Tried to get someone to ask questions about menu and that never happened. So left without eating.

Gym is open 24 hours. I left before breakfast was open but the front desk packed me a breakfast anyhow. 🙂

Terrible bed mattresses in both rooms. One sinks in terribly. Left with bad backache. Shower’s Cold water in second room, 406, did not work at 5am but had to catch a plane so couldn’t ask for alternative shower option… breakfast is good.

Check in was swift and very helpful and attentive staff.

Great hotel for a stop over in Carrasco

Location

The website states there is an airport courtesy shuttle - but that is not true. I tried to call over and over again from the airport to the hotel but no one ever answered the phone. When I shared this with the front desk person at check in, he just shrugged his shoulders and said, 'no we do not have a shuttle'. Being exhausted and jet legged it was frustrating that it took over 2 hours to get food in the restaurant - service was terrible, the food medicore. I have stayed at this hotel prior and it had much better service. Not sure if something has changed or if the poor service was due to it being winter instead of summer.

Very good hotel if you are traveling, close to the airport, no shuttle service but you can take a taxi for 7 US$ Service is excellent

Could not connect to WiFi and nobody answered the phone to help resolve the issue.
