The property was very clean. Only one restaurant on the premise, making it difficult to have different choices to eat. Breakfast was decent. Transportation was limited unless you rented a car.

There was no got wayer for the shower, the AC was turned to 68 but the room stayed 74 degrees, and there was a loud jack hammer sound throughout the night.

I stayed at the Hyatt House in Oakbrook and had a great experience overall. The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for both short and extended stays. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. It had a nice variety of hot and cold options, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. The location is also super convenient—close to shopping, restaurants, and highways, but still quiet and peaceful. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and modern place to stay in the Oakbrook area, I definitely recommend the Hyatt House. Would absolutely return!

Great spot when you absolutely have to be on time and/or need to get up early. Why not sleep in with style and comfort?!

I always enjoy staying at Homewood Suites but this time when I got to the room it was uncomfortably cold and I could not get the thermostat to operate for heat. I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance man promptly and I was grateful for that. I suggest that clear instructions for the operation of the thermostat be posted.

This property exceeded my expectations!! The property already had great reviews when I booked and I was not let down. Very professional front office gentleman who checked me and my sis in law in- The rooms were very clean, updated decor and decent amenities- I fell in love with the shampoo and conditioner. Full free breakfast was great - highly recommended

Room had a unpleasant odor upon entry. Did not smell freshly cleaned.
