Good property to stay

The staff was excellent in communication and service. Food was good too. Room was spacious with a balcony and plenty of fresh air as well as sunshine. Excellent value for money and great experience. I wish they could provide a mattress which was not very soft.

The service of the hotel was horrible. The staff was extremely rude and definitely not customer centric. The beds were so uncomfortable that all of us came back with backaches. The reception staff and the manager were highly uncooperative and unfriendly. The only redeeming factor was the food.

The place could be cleaner, however, staff was very welcoming and helpful, location is great. Of very high money value.
