Beautiful hotel right near the market

Great friendly and knowledgeable staff and great location

Everything was excellent. However, we were charged for our stay even though we had prepaid. When we were refunded the currency exchange was different and we lost money. We should not be out money because of their mistake. Unfortunate since it was a nice stay.

Location was good, in walking distance of sights and places to eat. Staff were very hospitable and helpful. Breakfast was very good too!

The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were issues with the water temperature one morning and the next morning the shower turned on and dripped loudly the next. The pool area could use more seats and our small patio could have used a couple of chairs and small table. Overall a good value for the price.

If you want to be in the center of old Seville this lovely property fits the bill. Close to the central market and other attractions and less than a mile from the station. Rooms were well appointed and modern, the roof deck plunge pool was refreshing and the staff were so helpful.

Staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Location was convenient and major sites were easily accessible. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Staff was lovely, location was perfect highly recommend the paella cooking class held a few doors down from the hotel.

Great little hotel in the heart of old town! Can walk to all kind of restaurants and shops (Central Market is a minute away). Big rooms, clean and comfortable, although bathroom was a little dark. Incredibly gracious and helpful English-speaking staff. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The hotel is lovely and modern with really spacious rooms. The location is excellent.

It is a basic hotel room with everything you need. Nice big shower and separate toilet. The shower is glass and is directly in room so perhaps not a great choice if your not travelling with a partner. We didnt use the pool, it is small and there are only a few chairs available which were all occupied when we were there. Breakfast is very simple but has everything you need except coffee..only a nespresso machine.

The receptionist on arrival was terrific . She was helpful , accomodating & patient with us . When my wife became ill she organised a Dr , where to go for pharmacy & went out of her way to support us . Brilliant . Would return again . Room was great
