Well located but there were a few issues, the main one being that the bed did not have appropriate bed linen. There was a black fitted sheet on the mattress and a synthetic fibre bedspread. That's it! It was not a very comfortable experience and it magnified other defects which might have otherwise been overlooked. I was not comfortable in this apartment and I could not recommend it.

The unit had not been cleaned, the sheets were stained and there were no bath towels.

Calling this Applewood suites is misleading. This is an Airbnb type rental unit. Located in a private residence building. Half used rolls of toilet paper, open bottles of big box shampoos etc.. Not conducive to business travel at all

Perfect location and very comfortable bed! I was in town for two nights to find a condo to live in in Toronto (I’m from Vancouver) and this location was perfect! I walked everywhere, it was very quiet and there’s a great little grocer on the corner to buy groceries and premade fresh salads etc. The condo is small but perfect for a single or couple!

チェックインの時、メールをいただけるようでしたが、届いていませんでした。その旨を再メールしましたが、送ってあるの一点張りで再送信いただけませんでした。チェックインに結局来ていただきチェックインできましたが、90分以上待たされました。滞在中のゴミの処理方法がわからず困りました。設備では、レンジの換気扇が動来ませんでした。場所は、とても便利な場所で買い物、レストランも歩いて行かれ利便性は良いと思います。チェックアウトもカギを返す方法が面倒で困りました。
