Laid back, pushy for tips, slow staff. Frontdesk checkin staff was rude. Checkin-checkout process is slow. Very inconvenient bathrooms for old parents. Terrible extra bed mattress.

Food was not good stay was comfortable but waiters need to be trained better.

This property is very close to Railway Station and Airport. Lots of shopping citations around you. Bit old and calls for a renovation but wud recommend for short and decent stay!!!

The hotel is nice and clean with very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food served in the restaurant is varied and tasty. The waiting staff in the restaurant are slow to attend. Overall enjoyed the hotel, amenities, and the travel plans they arranged.

Everything was good for the stay, except when we wanted change the room wanted two queen beds instead of one long. They said yes but gave two twin beds. We need to call them and ask for good bedsheets and comforters. They did it but it took long time ant it was midnight.

The location is fantastic, the waiters very polite and helpful, but the place needs some serious infrastructure changes...the AC went off in the early hours of the morning and it became unbearably warm in the rooms...wonder if it was switched off!! Food is very good. Car has to be parked on the road in front of the hotel

Location is perfect. Room was clean but bathroom was bit small.

Decent hotel with requisite comfort for a short business trip.

Swosti Grand is located in area with ample businesses and restaurants, dominating with jewelry stores. Hotel has nice and clean rooms, but not so nice views through windows. Staff is very welcoming, though restaurant staff could be more attentive to guests. Overall very pleasant place to stay.

When booked through Expedia it was 5000 per night . THROUGH MMT it was 4250/ So i booked through MMT

Great staff, spacious rooms. Food is ordinary, noisy a/c, overpriced f&b.
