Unfortunately there were a lot of kids in the pools and we couldn’t even use them. The property itself is great and the staff was amazing.

Beach view was beautiful except sargass all over the beach

The beach is not properly maintained, there are some parts of and old building and that makes unable to swim. The Hamburgers were pretty salty and I reported that to the staff who do nothing about. Its good but could be better

Staff was great. Our sheets were not clean when we arrived, but they did rectify the situation

We are disappointed with our stay in the Villa. The living room space was very hot, only 2 ceiling fans & can’t keep the house cool even when we opened the sliding doors. The loft with a king size bed was not suitable for sleeping due to no AC it was a waste of space. The 2 rooms has the AC unit but can’t get cold enough. The villa is not clean when we got there. Found insects like cockroaches & mosquitoes everywhere. Shell nuts fell out from the sofa bed, when we opened it. Sofa bed has stains with torn zipper. Didn’t use it due to condition. Me & my husband got a lot of bug-bites on our legs, arms & back areas. Even when we are constantly applying bug spray & lotion. I think our bed has bed bugs too due to the pattern of bites that I got. Got the bug bites on 1st night of stay. Didn’t enjoy this vacation due to the bug-bites I got. Manager gave us an extra room for my daughters they can’t sleep on the loft area because was really hot. Breakfast needed more variety. Coffee was not good. The Restaurant has great food. Staff are helpful.

Extremely friendly people along with a beautiful, clean and spacious room. The roof top pool and views beautiful.

The only thing I would have preferred is clearer information that the beach area is not set up with chairs, umbrellas, etc. It appeared to have a nicer beach in the pictures. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were amazing!!

What a great property! The staff was knowledgeable, rooms were clean. The restaurant was great and the beach club too. We'll be back.

No chairs on the beach

Staff and service excellent. Low key, environmentally friendly establishment. Our only complaint is the lack of shade or shaded area on the beach. But after exploring other beaches and areas surrounding, it was always comforting to come back to Spirit. Weekends were a bit noisy with other hotels playing music, but Spirit was quiet, especially on weeknights. Amazing to hear water and birds in early morning.

Clean and friendly staff. 10 min walk to downtown

I could never get an answer if I booked hotel room or not . They were trying to confirm booking for 15 days . Impossible to reach management and ask a simple question

Amazing staff. Clean. Nice rooftop with pool.

Close to beach. Very spacious room. Nice comfy bed. Nice and large shower. Front reception is very attentive and helpful. Nice panoramic view from rooftop.

Room were lovely, view from top roof, staff helpfull nice beach club near by and everything was sooo clean

Hotel was clean, safe, nice it was away from all the noise downtown, but in walking distance if you wanted to go.
