Very friendly staff

There has been zero responses to the horrible experience we had booking the room(s) on Saturday June 21. Again! I had a bad experience attempting hotel reservations through Expedia this weekend. We reserved a room at the Mitchell Inn itinerary #73148206834243) in Mitchell SD, but it was unacceptable when we arrived, and we attempted to cancel the stay, but were told we needed to do that through Expedia. We then attempted the cancellation but the process kept failing (internet reception was poor, and may have exacerbated the problem). The only thing we could do at that point was to try a different Hotel in Sioux Falls (Hampton Inn and suites #73148293897070) but when we got there, the room I had attempted to reserve for June 21 was mistakenly booked for June 22-23 by a mistake in the registration process, so we had no room for the night. All we could do now was to follow the receptionist’s idea to go further from the location to the next town of Worthington MN through Expedia again. They found the Day’s INN there, and we arrived there at 10PM, and stayed for the night on June 11, 2025.

It was very nice. Just way overpriced. But everything was the same! I think it was due to sports tournaments in the city that weekend and the prices were increased due to that.

Everything was fine staying at this Hampton except the AC unit was very noisy. It woke me up every time it came on.
