Lovely hotel very welcoming to us and our 3;dogs Great food

Amazing stay. Very chilled hotel. Breakfast service was personal, friendly and food was lovely. Housekeeping staff are amazing. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was cleaned top to bottom every day. The games room is brilliant on rainy days and location is stunning. Felt right at home.

Beautiful location in the Ribble Valley. Hotel nicely seperated from pub/restaurant area but all in the same building. Great food in the restaurant. If the weather is good, there are some nice walks leaving from the restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay. Great if you have dogs. Only thing which let it down a bit was breakfast service which was poor. Not enough staff servicing breakfast and our order was incorrect and ran out of some things. Otherwise a lovely stay and would return.

Totally enjoyed it from start to finish. Comfy bed, lovely view from room 17. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was spot on, as were the evening meals. Lovely part of the country with plenty of walks.

Lovely room clean and tidy friendly helpful staff . Then best steak and ale pie we have had Only thing was poached eggs on both days where overcookrd at breakfast . We would stay again

Stayed for 2 nights for a wedding we was attending in the area, the hotel was absolutely amazing .. the staff went over and above and the food was amazing

It was okay a nice clean well appointed room no complaints.

The bathroom was clean but tiny and no room to put my washbag. The stairs up to room 20 are soooo steep and 3 floors up.Found it difficult to get up with my suitcase and I am 78 years old and no help was offered. I did not sleep from 1.00am unto 4.00am as someone was either smoking or vaping in their room and set off the fire alarm. I was disappointed as I have stayed several times before.

Do not recommend this Shireburn, I booked and wanted to change the date to January instead of Dec. They would NOT change it when they had my money!!! Terrible service . excuse I hadn’t booked direct with them, They kept my money!!!! Shameful and disgraceful. Robbers !

We have stayed at other hotels, and we all agree that our experience was wonderful. The staff were so helpful and the food was excellent. Our room was very comfortable. We look forward to visiting again.
