very good overall , very clean but the heater on some rooms were nor working properly

We stayed at the studio. There is a laundry/dryer inside the hotel room. But, as a service apartment the room dont get made daily. They clean it every 3rd night depends on your room choice i guess. Location is top notch, Town Hall station/Galdigal metro 2mins walk away.

Locatin good, just a lot of dust

The check in process was fast and the staff was very helpful.

Service was friendly yet a bit slow when asking for basic amenities such as trash bags, dishwashing liquid etc and ended up taking the amenities myself instead of the staff delivering it to my room. Furniture & facilities also a bit old, the lift was especially slow in the morning. All in all I would recommend this place for longer stays and probably return to other Meriton establishment that are newer.

There were only 3 lifts serving the entire high rise building. There was one day when 2 of the 3 lifts were down, and there was a half an hour queue to get into the lift. It was so ridiculous that this happens in Sydney CBD. We were thankful we didn't have an itinerary to rush to, or a flight to catch. Would rather pay for more a better maintained place next round.
