clean room with a nice ocean view. only issue was with the shower, no hot water even after letting the water run over 10 minutes, barely lukewarm water.

My suite had a kitchen, but the kitchen is bare - no cutlery, no hot water maker, no plates, no dish soap. The furniture had stains and rips everywhere. The toilet stopped working twice

Overall stay was good. The only problem was that we had to get up and find a waiter to bring us drinks to the pool area.

Stayed here 4 years ago & it was great. Hotel has gone down hill. 2 large pools were drained & under construction for 10 of 14 days. Constantly had to ask for water, coffee, toilet paper, face cloths & Kleenex. Was told to refill my 2 water bottles on 3rd floor. Hotel needs maintenance… lock feel off toilet door so hubby fixed. Patio lock fell off & never got fixed … same happened @ our friends room. 3 couples & we couldn’t access their floors as key was for lobby, 3rd floor pools/restaurant & our floor. Only positive was our maid. She was awesome!

We truly had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect and memorable stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Hard to get comfortable, the rooms needed some maintenance and the restaurants needed more staff. This is not a typical double tree that I’m use to staying at. We picked this hotel because of free valet services, restaurant options and being a Hilton Honors member, however that was not provided as advertised. Disappointed , so we moved to another hotel. Made us questioned why even be Hilton Honors member???
