This hotel room was built in a Japanese way of life, small, compact. Suitable for a light traveler. If you bring a lot of bags, or need full service like elevators and staff 24hr, it's going to be difficult to fit in. Our room has 2 bed, and that's all. But overall we like our stay.

It was really wonderful. The owner was nice, the room is small but is REALLY comfortable. The area around is peaceful and so great to walk around at any time. It’s really clean and great, it’s close to a bus stop that takes you to the city, and also quite close to a station (Minami Senju) also has an option to go with JR Line. I will definitely return here on my next Tokyo trip.

Good Place for Stay with Reasonable Price and Private Room.

the room is small, but clean and tidy. many convenience store around and many bus stops to bring you to major stations. I went here during summer so the halls and shared toilets are quite hot because there's no air conditioning. Also it'll be better if the toilets have bidets.

For Kangaroo this hotel is actually suitable for those who want a backpaker and don't want to stay in a hotel capsule. For the distance if the train station is quite far about 1 km only if from the airport by train it continues to connect with the city bus the distance from the bus station is around 200 m. For the room, it's enough to be alone with the price of 1 room which is very cheap. And close to Asakusa and Sensoji Temple and pretty close to Seven Eleven.

Comfortable room, free to use hot water, it's just that you need to walk 500m from Minami Senju train station.

Nice place to stay for a while but the room is quite small so it isn't to good if you came with others, overall nice. The room clean, all others facilities are good except for the wifi it can't be use in the room
