We really enjoyed our stay at Art and Wine. The staff were lovely. They go above and beyond to make you enjoy your stay. They gave my toddler a balloon and a puzzle.

We stayed over at the Art & Wine Studios and Apts during a stayover on our way traveling back home. The hotel is looked after and it is clear that the owners puting a great effort into their establishment. Due to our flight, we arrived much earlier than the check in time but the room was ready for us on arrival. The host was very welcoming and as we were early, offered that we go for breakfast as it was stilled served at the time. We felt very welcomed at the hotel and would definitely recomend to others.

The place is beautiful and immaculate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic and breakfast is of high quality!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, just steps from the sea, and the staff were truly exceptional — friendly, attentive, and professional. The property is spotless, with everything well-maintained and timely. The only downside was the noise, but that's to be expected in this lively area.

Lovely boutique hotel. Lovely helpful staff. Facilities in the room were above and beyond expectations. Coffee maker, kettle, usual vanity goods including ear plugs if necessary. Everything was maintained to a very high standard. Immaculate.

First, the rooms are as pictured and very clean. The property has less than two dozen rooms so it’s cozy and the guests get lots of personal attention. Breakfast is excellent with a few standard items and something new everyday. Highly recommend this property.

we visit in Lanca for 2 days. the hotel is in the center of the city. near all the shops, near the beach. close to resturant, and public transportion.

This property surpassed my expectations! The location is fantastic and close to many shops, restos and the beach. Then the breakfast - I could see it was well curated and effort had been put in - there was a unique salad made with quinoa and figs that was delicious. But the highlight has to be the service rendered by the owners. They were warm and very very helpful - offering advice as well as helping with things like tours and cabs. A brilliant stay I had and I will recommend this place in an instant.

Wonderful place to stay, especially if you like wine and want to try something spectacular. Very accommodating and friendly and comfortable. Only small gripe: noise from the road with people driving by at high revs during the night. So ask for an upper floor at the back!

This hotel and staff were absolutely amazing!!! Very attentive to our every need. The room were perfect. We felt super comfortable!!! Great location!! Close to everything. Beach, restaurants, stores and markets. Will definitely stay again!!!

Very friendly staff. Hotel is very convenient. Beach is like 5 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants near by. It’s very safe area.

It is a very nice property. It really is the perfect location. I few minute walk from the castle, St Lazarus church, beach and museums. There is a perfect running trail on the boardwalk. The price was better than the other hotels around there. Some good restaurants nearby. Very clean. There is no breakfast but there are places close by to get breakfast. I would stay again.

Perfect location, super lovely reception staff, Tula and Magda could not do enough to make my stay great. My constructive feedback was that the room (mine was a Grand Studio Balcony) was smaller than expected. Additionally, given it had a kitchenette, there was no dishcloth, scourer, tea towel, stirring spoons etc.a few euros spent would make the space more liveable to welcome guests. Also, the bathroom soap and toilet roll dispensers look like they would be more suitable in an office, just seemed out of place in a studio apt.. Would probably stay here again, enjoyed my 5 day trip to Larnaca.

Very clean hotel with a kitchenette. Roof top has a hot tub. And the front desk staff was amazing. Very close to the beach and to all tourist sites.
