Room service, little problem with check-in, for us little-bit too noicy, because of the highway.

Loved staying at Hostal Neon, the staff are all friendly and are native English speakers. They have great local knowledge, the rooms are clean and they gave us excellent advise on the best restaurants and things to do around the island. The location is great and makes it easy to travel to all the local beaches and towns. We will definitely be returning.

Great, good clean rooms nicely decorated and with a fridge. Reception well staffed and very helpful. Location is excellent with good accessibility to most of the south coast and in good proximity to Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Will definitely stay again.

Buyer beware! This place is nice but the neighborhood is NOT safe. The staff is friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my time there but I quickly realized that the migrant community was not friendly and not happy that I was there. Be careful, lock your stuff up and be mindful of your belongings.

Felt welcome the minute I arrived. Love the place. Had room 106 big window opening to this outside corridor with freshly perfectly clean laundry drying in the wind.

Alison and her son were really helpful with tips and ideas for a good stay. The location was very convenient for buses to Los Cristianos and Tenertife South airport - only a few minutes walk to the bus stop and approx 20 mins to the airport.

We looked for a cheap and nice place to stay the night. It was great. Clean, nice and quiet. The bathroom was good and breakfast was ok.

We only stayed overnight after late flight into Tenerife. Super nice owners who picked us up from our flight and then drove us into los cristianos for the early morning ferry. Clean and bright accommodation. Thank you.

We stayed at the Pension Neon on two separate occasions. Pension Neon is a family run business and they make every effort to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The staff are super-friendly, they went out of their way to accommodate all of our requests. The hotel is located in an area which is not very touristy with just a few restaurants and bars, but it is very well served by public transport and the TF1. Getting to the airport from here is a breeze as the South Airport is just a 10 minute drive away. Every single area of the hotel is meticulously clean. Hot water is readily available in the shower, the free breakfast is plentiful and the Wi-Fi is available in every area and is free of charge. However, the most important thing for me is a good night’s sleep and I had a great night’s sleep in both of the rooms we stayed in, mostly due to the comfortable mattresses and blackout curtains. I also like the fact that we had a double bed as opposed to two twin beds. I would highly recommend the Pension Neon and would definitely stay there again.

No words can describe it just amazing! I felt welcome as if I were at home. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, good location on the mountain, not far from the city center and beaches, transport and shops nearby.
