Staff were great, rooms need some tlc

Wait for food in the kitchen was 1 hour. Way too long

The Pub was closed. The staff weren’t very polite. The hallway door next to our room 203 kept banging all night and early morning from people opening it and letting it slam shut

If I could give zero stars I would. They claim 4 star resort and “award winning”. After driving for over 20 hours & an eight hour ferry ride we arrived exhausted to have to stay in this hell hole. I would NEVER recommend to anyone

Wasnt even a mini fridge in the room

This hotel desperately needs an update Both restaurant and pub are closed on Sunday Mondays . Very old and dated .

Older room , but very accommodating

Everything was great. Besides the tv didn’t work. But we really didn’t have time to use it.

This was the worst room i have had there. Most times perfect. The wooden furniture was very worn, the beds were VERY USED, the ironing board wouldn't stay level because it was broke, the tv was not working until i called and a fellow came

We booked and was confirmed for room with 2 Queen beds only got 2 double beds. Spoke to worker her only response was i guess that all we had. The room was so outdated with a tiny bathroom. Needs a lot of work. Did not enjoy our stay at all

Cable tv was out. Hotel is very outdated. Power outlet didnt work in bathroom so hair dryer didnt work. All other power outlets were loose and phone charger wouldnt stay in .

Wifi wasn’t connecting, cable wasn't working, room was run down. No resolution or help with either wifi or cable situation we were just told it's not their issue.

Room wasn’t ready at check in time. T.V worked the first day but had lost signal the second two days and wasn’t fixed after it being mentioned. Toilet ran constantly and was fixed after it was mentioned to the second room cleaner. Couldn’t accommodate a late check out on a Sunday to allow us to ride some of the storm out before we hit the road. No fridges in the rooms. The majority of the staff were excellent though. Morning & evening staff in the restaurants were beyond impressive. Food was amazing. Most of the hotel staff were great as well. Locals working the front desk were not so great. Employees of different cultures were great.

There was No wifi, no parking, no TV and no Wifi to use the smart tv. There was No fridge/microwave in room. You have to carry your bags to your room, there are no luggage carts which is difficult when you have a member in your party who is disabled. We were initially charged the wrong rate for our room. A particular member of Front desk staff was not accommodating.

Room was very clean and staff were very accommodating. Had originally requested 2 Queen beds but needed a room with no stairs so room needed to be downgraded to older section with 2 double beds. The beds were comfortable and my request for additional pillows was quickly taken care of. I was also accommodated for a hour late checkout ( which thankfully I didn’t need) . Just missed the little things like plugins, pen and paper and hotel list with information and menu.

They did move us to a room due to the strong smell of cleaners in the original itinerary, but the new room was in a very loud section of the hotel. There were constant banging of doors, talk, and running in the hallway. Called to front desk twice. They would have people to check the area, it would go quiet for 15 minutes, then loud again.

Cleanliness and the staff was excellent

Accommodations need full refresh. Still the same as the 80's. Staff good.

It was okay but a distance from main hotel so food had to be ordered in from door dash
