The staff are fantastic and the building itself is just beautiful . Would recommend!

Lovely stay again, quiet small room was ideal. Lime scooters next to hotel which made transport even easier and cheap.

The hotel was in a great location. Good price. The staff were very good at helping us if required. Even amending their system as we had 2 bookings for a 3 day period that they helped ensure we didnt need to change rooms

This was my 4th stay at this Lodge and have never been disappointed, Staff on reception are always courteous. Rooms are very warm in the Summer but fans are provided. will definitely be back.

Very good experience overall, staff was excellent. Very hot days in London, and you could definitely feel the heat in the room, but nothing terrible.

Nice quiet area, room was big enough for me being a single. It was a very hot night but the fan provided helped a little. The guy on reception was great, even popped outside in the garden occasionally for a chat, great customer service. Thank you.

Lovely hotel with everything i needed except aircon in this mini heatwave. Would book again.

Greeted by a lovely man at the front desk, helped us with our transport into London. Room was pretty spacious, double bed was comfy but sofa bed was average - very thin “mattress” and could just do with renewing and seat cushions could do with a deep clean. Overall not a bad stay, decent location

Lovely building. Room well equipped, pleasant staff however shower did not stay out and flopped so unable to stand under it.

Everything was great apart from the Wi-Fi which is not good enough to stream anything and signal doesn’t reach all rooms. I’d recommend investment in this so that all rooms have good signal and the speed is sufficient for streaming.

Great value for money and convenient for access to Balham tube station. The room was very hot during the hot weather. The fan in the room was very welcome.
