This was a beautiful property. Loved everything about it except for the many stairs with luggage. It is to be expected, however since it was the top floor.

The apart-hotel was really good in terms of cleanliness, but we were not informed about parking and laundry, which we thought was included. Other than that, the area is very safe and there are many things to do and we had a great stay!

Travelled with my 2 daughters, wife and sister-in-law. Felt so at home.

This is about a stay we had in this property in May 2023. Getting the basics out of the way: standard of accommodation was okay - not amazing. It was clean, booking and access were fine. The negative: upstairs had a party from about midnight on Friday night until about 4:30am. Singing, shouting, crashing about, furniture being moved. It's not obvious when this sort of thing starts that it's going to go on all night and we didn't fancy confronting a large group of drunk people, so had a night with very broken sleep, which wiped out the next day. The same didn't happen on the second night because our Spanish friend contacted the owners and threatened them with the police. I've seen a similar review for this property and I know the owners will probably make excuses that it's not their fault, it's inconsiderate guests, but in my opinion they've created the problem. The property is in a block owned by the same company. This means that there are no permanent residents to complain and get issues like this stamped out; the sound proofing between flats is poor. it's not obvious what to do if this sort of thing happens; they haven't screened their guests well / have not warned them against parties. If you want to have a party or don't care about very noisy neighbours, then the flat is ok. If you don't want that then it's a gamble. Either way, find out the contact details and what you should do if there are any issues overnight.

Close to the beach and old town

The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown restaurants, businesses and the beach. However, it is still isolated enough to give you a sense of being a local. The apartment itself was smaller than expected but it has all the necessary amenities. The views outside of the apartment were not nice, just because you look into the balconies and backyards that are not well kept.

The apartment was immaculate and has all the amenities you could need, really. It was incredibly humid during our stay. The only thing that would have been better is if there had been air conditioning in the bedrooms, even the main bedroom. There is one in the hallway so we had to leave our doors open all the time.

Sitges Apartment Group manages their buildings extremely well. The apartments are modern, spotless and well-located in Sitges. Providing a beach towel was an unusually nice touch and so convenient!! The bathrooms are very small but very nice. The beds are top quality. The air conditioning unit in the living room adequately cooled the bedrooms with the doors open. Highly, highly recommend! Superb communication and helpful.

Amazing place to stay! Walking distance to the beach and lots of great places to tour and find great food! We will stay here every time we come!

Great location with it being a minute walk from the beach Apartment is tastefully furnished

It was overall very pleasant. There are just a few flaws that could be improved upon. Firstly the air conditioner was only in the living room and during those very hot days, we had to keep our bedroom doors open. Secondly in the bathroom the white paint over the pink marbles are peeling, which is mostly an aesthetic issue.

A very comfortable apartment in a central location with all that Sitges has to offer within walking distance. Any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly and the apartment was excellent value for the amount we paid

Wonderfully comfortable and spacious apartment that is an easy walk to the beach and downtown. Large kitchen and dining areas if you prefer to eat in. They provide large comfortable beach towels. Balconies on both sides of the unit, so you can sit outside and enjoy fresh air no matter where the sun is. Just be aware that you need to check in at the business office, not at the apartment itself.

100m from besch up a small hill. Apartment was excellent and the whole process of checking in with Sitges Group was flawless.

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena,el bajo estaba muy bien acondicionado y todo muy moderno. Echamos en falta tener una tina para sacar la ropa de la lavadora y no tener que ponerla en la mesa de la terraza,también notamos en falta un cubo para la ropa sucia y de un escurreplatos. Pero son cosas que no enturbiaron nuestra estancia sin embargo lo que sí lo hizo fue el tremendo ruido que procedía de la calle,al ser el bajo se escuchaba todo y también a la gente que entraba en el piso de enfrente al nuestro. A las 8 de la mañana ya se oían carcajadas, entendemos que todos tenemos unos horarios pero madre mía,menudo ruido. Quitando estos puntos todo lo demás estaba genial y sin duda repetiremos pero no en el bajo,jajaja

L’appartement est refait à neuf ! Son plus ? Il y a en tant !!! Propre, moderne, bien placé (place de Balmins), terrasse géniale, équipements … Je suis déjà passé par cette compagnie : parfait !!
