It was good. I only slept there.

Reasonably priced, great location, clean and friendly staff.

I went for business with 2 work friends. It was very clean, spacious and the beds weee comfortable. We loved the kitchenette and the bathroom was very clean. We also enjoyed the views from the roof! We would definitely stay here again!

The only hip up was the bugs - it was only two; however, that was not good. It made us think about my next stay. I did tell the lady at check out (Fannie).

The service and the place was great. Close to a whole foods, good coffee. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe.

The only inconvenience for others would be that you have to walk 2 blocks to the parking lot if you are traveling by car. We didn’t mind. The rooftop view of the city is nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had everything. That was my favorite. Kendrick was so helpful.

The property is well located. Close to many attractions. If you have a car, parking through the hotel is expensive (better try apps which will give you more affordable options). The staff was courteous and attentive. The breakfast is just ok. The room was comfortable and spacious although the bathroom needs some handrails to accommodate guest with mobility issues.

Overall the stay was pleasant. Only thing i wish this site offered is dinner on site.

Room cleaning every other day sometimes without changing washcloths. Laundry machines were about 80% inoperable as were the dryers. They were located on the 14th floor but if you needed detergent and softener you had to go down to the front desk on the first floor.

The Front desk staff was Excellent, actually everyone was very friendly, professional and Helpful. Rooms were clean, Large and very comfortable Good location, very quiet, great stay

I think what was unique was the bar and workout facility as well as the rooftop patio all on the 14th floor. Very nice and we utilized it often and throughout the week. The property was clean and the staff was excellent however the location is not ideal. It’s noisy and the area is below average. We had a great time overall, four star experience.

Great stay and staff was friendly, helpful and very polite

It was expensive for what you get. If you looked close, you see a lot of damage. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good. The beds were comfy. Our tv was messed up and the kitchen sink didn't drain well. It wasn't the room we booked, but we were the last ones to arrive on a sold out night so we got whatever they had left. I guess they oversold the suite.

The only good I can say about the hotel was that they served breakfast. The room was not clean. It sure was not worth the cost we paid.

The hotel was very good - big room and clean. The staff was generally helpful with a few who weren't. The biggest drawback was parking. The valet was expensive $39? per day but the alternative was a self-park $24?/day . it was described as two blocks away and down the street, Given the area, the valet fee felt more like an insurance policy.

Outside of property very dirty, our room smelled, a lot of noise coming from outside thru the windows, staff not welcoming. The parking was such an inconvenience! It was freezing cold and we had to walk way down the street for property parking ,which was an extra fee! No free parking
