Fantastic family-run hotel - extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the junior suite and it was perfect for our family of three - room was modern, clean and had everything we might need. Good breakfast and we reserved parking too. Location was ideal and only a few minutes walk from the city centre (a number of very good restaurants and bars were recommended to us by the hotel staff) and half an hour drive from Phantasialand (well worth a visit). Would recommend.

Hotel was pleasant and comfortable, with friendly staff and a nice breakfast each morning. Room was a reasonable size. Air conditioning very welcome during 30-degree temperatures. My only criticism is the requirement to contact the hotel 48 hours before arrival, as the reception desk is closed in the afternoon and evening, to receive information on how to collect the keys (you need a code for a lockbox at the main door). This led to a panicked phone call to the hotel the afternoon I was arriving as I had forgotten I would have to do this.

Nice small hotel, check in via email and key box which was new to me but actually very efficient. Nice rooms and reception staff in the morning were lovely. Missed my bacon for breakfast but didn’t detract from a lovely overnight stay

I didn’t know what to expect but I was trusting the reviews. I was not disappointed. I loved the layout of the separate rooms which was perfect for the kids. It was close to the train and everything. It was so clean, the bed sheets actually smelled clean. The staff was great, it was quiet. The breakfast selection was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s not elegant but it was perfect for us.

The "available" parking is at a nearby parking garage and is paid for separately. There is no reception service after 1500 on weekends. The hotel is conveniently located, and breakfast is delicious.

Decent location at the edge of the old city. Small hotel with decent amenities. Room was decent and comfortable. The staff were trying to be helpful but mostly forgot our requests (despite asking for them) and did not clean the room. Interactions were not the most pleasant.

Clean, well located for what we needed and really friendly helpful staff. The Breakfast was excellent and catered for all our party (vegetarian) which had been a struggle elsewhere. Close to the Hofgarten and the market square, also good value compared to the surrounding hotels.

The hotel was very clean. The staff and owner were very nice. The breakfast is good and le location is excellent because it is in the downtown. I will book again here when I will come back to Bonn.

The room was too small for a suite, although the bad was very comfortable and the bathroom was specious and clean. The hotel management was nice and friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Overall good value for money👍

Great hotel for quality, price and location! Modern interior, in very good condition and quality rooms. WiFi was good also. Breakfast was a little dissapointing but still it's good value when considering the price. The buffet is mostly continential breakfast and eggs can be ordered also, but the selection is not so great - this is probably the only small complaint. I normally stay only in 4* hotels but I would stay here again for sure.

The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and modern but being right on the corner by a busy street we found it loud at night. This hotel did a great job of applying covid-19 measures. I would recommend this hotel.
