Clean room and friendly staffs

Everything was perfect. It was clean, staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was not at all disappointing. The rooms and common areas very well maintained.

New hotel but staff can be rude at time. I was asking if I can charge the laundry supplies/detergent to my room and the early morning front desk guy rudely said no has to be cash only. I asked another front desk lady she said it was ok actually.

Our stay was great, rooms were spacious and well kept. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Great experience

I would only consider the area and the hotel for future travels into Niagara. Everything is within walking distance. Hotel also provides breakfast at affordable prices. Only suggestion for the hotel management is to change food menu everyday.

The room was large. The only problems were our TV didn't work for several days and the water pressure was poor in our room and sink and tub slow to drain. Staff helpful and friendly.

We had a room on the top floor overlooking the American falls. Excellent room, Excellent view, we were totally pleased with the experience. Only recommendation is a more varied breakfast menu with simpler and smaller and cheaper meals for people who don't want a big buffet in the morning. Things like muffins, bagels, fruit salad, etc
