Property is well kept and the location is centrally located. The one negative was the parking . They charge $25 CAD for an open parking lot. The car next me was broken into. The hotel post notice signs regarding security issues with the lot. I think if you’re charging for parking, you should be accountable for security.

Very good

This property is in a great location. It is within walking distance to many food choices, grocery store, and public transportation. The place is very clean, plenty of plates, silverware, cooking utensils and cookware. House keeping came daily to clean the apartment and washed dishes. The appliances are clean and new. There were no instructions on how to operate the stove top or washer/dryer, but could easily be found with a Google search. We are a family of 6 and we fit in comfortably. The two showers were sufficient for us and the hot water replenished quickly. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Everything was great, i just did a 4 star because our room had some gold fish crackers on the floor not from us because we don’t eat those, towels were really small. froze getting out of the shower, and my pillows were to fluffy for my head, I would have had a sore neck if i used those. so i used a blanket instead as a pillow for the night. no big deal im just picky with pillows, forgot my own. everything else was great! will be back again of course. this is my favourite hotel down here and i’ve stayed at quite a few. this was our second time back now and won’t be the last

Great stay

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Greeted us as soon as we walked in an made sure that we were well taken care of.

Printer was broken and the night staff person's customer service was disappointing.

Clean room and friendly and accommodating staff but the parking rate is expensive

Breakfast ,juices were not included ,wereas ,other hotels juices are included,staff in the Breakfast was very rude lady ,she has to be trained how to speak with guests Moreover unnecessarily she was telling me that i cant drink twice the coffeee,there will be extra charge, wirhout knowing that i do not want to drink coffee twice ,it is irrelevant to mention Moreover in other hotels they never charge for coffee for breakfast

The hotel and room were clean. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. We did not eat at the restaurant.

The rooms we're really clean but they didn't have toothbrushes and one-time slippers for us to use but overall it was pretty good.

Clean room staff friendly 👌👌👌

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was so spacious and nice, clean and ready by the time we checked in earlier than check in time. The pool was a bit on the cooler side but enjoyable. The hot tub was my favourite place. There is a nice size gym but I didn’t work out lol it was clean. It was sooooooo busy with lots of visitors so that was amazing for the hotel. There wasn’t no more packing in the back of the hotel but parking was available with a 5 min walk which wasn’t too bad. We called for service of more towels and it took less than 5 minutes to arrive. The staff and the hotel is highly recommended.

Pool could be better

Everything is good. Staff are nice, room is clean, they even let us have an early check in. Although there is no free parking, you have to pay 25$ around the hotel and $15 for off site hotel parking. And the elevator is super slow it takes a while.
