I would say this was more 3/4 star at best. Kitchen was limited with minimum utensils provided and barely any equipment. Air conditioning stopped working fortunately, the temperature was cool enough do could live without. Handle to the apartment intermittently locked. The location was excellent amd staff were friendly.

A very comfortable stay in a clean room. Exactly what we needed for a 3 night stay in Krakow. Great location too. Our only criticism is that the air con is non existent. We stayed at the beginning of March and the inside room temperature was 27 degrees Celsius the whole time. They do provide a fan but the air con really needs to be upgraded. I couldn’t imagine what it must be like in summer!

The elevator did not work. This was listed in amenities. I would like to request a partial refund

Hotel is very good with respect to location, room features and cleanliness. The only issue was the lift being out of service for the duration of our 3-night stay. With our room being located on the 4th floor, the stairs were hard work to negotiate and we were in good health. May have been a problem for more elderly or infirm guests.

The rooms are Fantastic! So much better than a normal Hotel room.

Nice location and within walking distance to the river and amenities. Nice room but high windows so the view wasnt as described and not as clean as would have expected. Had to pay 500pln upfront and we were told we would get it back on checkout. Not recieved yet. Shops nearby. Staff friendly but never replied to my emails sent before we left the UK. The lift was broken for the 3 days we were there and we were on the 3rd floor which was 6 flights of stairs. Luckily we could just manage them. Krakow is a beautiful place. I think the hotel is more a 3/4 star though and not a 5 star in my opinion.

Laundry is not in your room as expected it’s on another floor. We didn’t use it. I had assumed the washer dryer was in the room. The lift/elevator was out order so 6 flights of stairs every time you came in or went out. Seems the elevator is always out of order. I would however stay here again.

Very spacious and clean, great location

The room was very clean. Had to ask twice though for an extra pillow which took 2 days to get and we needed more toilet roll which we never got.

good stay. unfortunately we arrived sunday 8th feb to be told we were on the 4th floor and the lift was out of order but will be repaired on monday . we left friday 13th with lift still out of order ,we are in our early seventies and would have thought we should have been moved to another hotel .the notices on the lift seemed pretty old

Yes the room was spotless could not fault anything, even a dishwasher in the kitchen annexe and all necessary crockery and utensils. Staff were absolutely amazing went above and beyond to help you, nothing was a bother to make sure you had what you needed. Would most definitely recommend this aparthotel without any doubt at all.

Aparthotel Best Views was amazing! Friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and had everything you need. Just a short walk away from old town, so ideal location too. Would highly recommend!!

Room was clean and spacious, kitchen and lounge area made the stay more enjoyable. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Best Views and would definitely stay again.
