This is the second time we've stayed here - and we loved every minute of it. The staff was warm, friendly, sweet, and accommodating. I can't say enough about how warm and kind these people are. The room itself was awesome. We had the Brandi Fuji Suite, which was large, very clean, well appointed. It had a balcony that looked out over the street in Hanoi. You could sit in the in suite massage chair, and just chill out and relax after a day of site seeing, and hanging out with the locals. We loved the breakfast - and, again - we loved the breakfast staff. I can't say enough about the Brandi Fuji. It was out of the main Old Quarter madness - and but that was what we wanted. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel in big street, convenient for traveling. Rooms are small but very neat and clean, warm, fully equipped. Delicious breakfast. Friendly and enthusiastic worker. The procedure is very fast. We feel very comfortable and will come back ...
