Good experience room quite warm

Great location. Lovely staff. Solo-traveller friendly.

The whole place is stinking dirty, matress? Expect springs in your back. Receptionist has attitude. Food, I wouldn't bother. Very poor quality, hair in the orange juice. Table sauce is jacks happy shopper. Once you see this you know the quality of the rest of their goods is the cheapest range. This has the be the worst experience I have ever had and I'm in hotels twice a month for work. Hotels .com scrap this off your recommendation.

Room was small but had everything I needed and was clean and well maintained. Everyone I encountered on the staff was very helpful and pleasant, the breakfast was good and, due to an efficient booking system was cooked to order, fast and not crowded. There were a couple of things about the bathroom, which was tiny, that I did not understand. The shower had no soap dish or anywhere to put the shampoo or body wash except on the floor. Very inconvenient to reach down in such a confined space. The mirror above the wash basin was small (maybe 10 x 12 inches). People of different heights may or may not have been able to use it comfortably. A taller mirror is needed. These things are obvious and inexpensive.

We enjoyed our stay at the Glan Aber Hotel. The breakfast we had each day was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was great and clean.

We enjoyed our stay at Glan Aber as it was a good position and had parking. The hotel was a bit dated and needed brightening up. Our room was clean and spacious- although the TV was rather small and high up. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only one real moan - there was a strong doggy smell when you walked in

Limited parking to the rear, so I found somewhere on the street, and quite dated, I had no issues. Just a little glum.

Checked in to be tole the spa was closed due to maintenance, so I tried to book for the next morning to be told it doesn’t open till 12:00 when checkout is 11:00

Good parking and great location easy access to shops and pubs only negative I found was traffic noise

Convenient location with abundant shops, cafes and restaurants. Hotel staff are nice and attentive. On-site free parking available. Scenic areas nearby.

the hotel was fine, but kitchen staff at 6:30am banking about outside didnt help waking up guests

The hotel was run down, we checked in went to order a meal and was told the only thing left on the menu was a turkey roast dinner. The spa was a joke. the bedroom, had no working bed side lights or phone charging sockets. the TV did not have BBC!!! Not a good stay. I don't know how the room rate was justified, i feel let down as i use Hotel.com all the time and don't expect to find a hotel as bad as this on your web site. Unhappy Stuart

Lovely little hotel with a good spa that you can book to yourself for an hour

Really friendly staff and the breakfast’s were good too.

Everything and everyone were fantastic this was our second visit to the Hotel.

Great breakfast friendly staff, easy to park. Room small and basic but fine for price point. Matress was too soft for me so didn't sleep well with traffic noise too. However would stay again but would request a room at the side / rear.
