Lots of parking and quiet . Helpful staff

FAB place to stay everything was perfect beautiful clean room and bathroom breakfast was great lots of choice Gina and her husband were the perfect hosts and of course not to forget Norman they lovely dog easy to get to and plenty of parking space enjoyed our stay

Gina welcomed us and looked after us during our stay. Cosy quiet bedroom and we slept well in the comfortable bed. Plenty of choice for breakfast which was freshly cooked.

This farmhouse was a marvelously maintained old house. It was comfortable and warm for us to sleep upstairs. The food provided for us each morning was excellent and we had a choice about what we wanted to eat. Parking was available for our rental car and driving the roads was an adventure in itself. Gina, our host/owner was friendly, warm and full of local information. We enjoyed speaking with her about where to go and what to do while in the area. I would gladly go there again.

Very good location with off road parking. Great welcome from the host and everything thing in the room was top notch. Cooked to order breakfast was also top quality

Parking was right next to the B&B, excellent breakfast, friendly host & dog. Had a lovely bubble Bath to relax after work & the bath towel was so cosy not the usual ones I could wrap it round myself. The bed was comfy & room very warm would stay again without hesitation.

Elm Tree Farm was a lovely old farmhouse situated in the quiet countryside. We had a lovely warm welcome from Gina. The breakfast was very good with a selection of homemade marmalades and jam.
