Check-in was smooth. I was immediately given a room key and headed to my room. I went in, took a shower, went out, and returned in the middle of the night. Before bed, I showered, changed into clean clothes, and went to sleep. The next morning I checked out, and the FO confirmed it was OK, meaning the room clearance was okay, so I was allowed to leave the hotel. On my way home, I received a WhatsApp message from housekeeping saying the bed linen had a pen ink stain. Then I called the frontline and continued to communicate via WhatsApp, stating that my bed was clean and that I hadn't written on the bed. I emphasized and confirmed this. There's been no further feedback, so I consider this case closed. I started to think negatively, saying the bed linen could have been dirty from the previous guest, and there were ink stains, just to get the next victim. But this is just an assumption, not a justification. But I was disappointed with this situation. I don't know, I'll think twice about staying here again, I'm disappointed... most likely just looking for another hotel.
