Nice and clean rooms, quiet place, many restaurants around. The breakfast is basic, no hot food.

The staff are very friendly. The building and rooms are very clean and seem new. Dripping off our gear and parking was easy.

The bed was good, actually it was the only good thing. The staff were not willing to provide any basic assistance to the guest in the hotel. There are way better options in the vey same street, just a little further up. My advice is to stay away from this place.

Room was a bit small and the single beds quite narrow (I fell out during the night)! All else ok!

Nice hotel in the centre of Copiapó. The room was small, no fridge, no complimentary water, the bed was quite squeeky but the rain show was good. Parking with pass was convenient. The restaurant is expensive. Don't expect a smile from the staff, they are too busy hanging out anyway.

No dislikes......area appears a little shakey

Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating; very helpful and polite. Breakfast items limited but acceptable, although most mornings breakfast items were not prepared or were not complete.

The room was satisfactory in comfort and cleanliness, fine for a one-night stay. Breakfast had a nice variety. 15-20 minute walk from the bus station and close to the central area. High floor had a great view. However, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke (which is not allowed in the hotel) from previous occupants. We told the three staff on receptionists who did not offer an apology or solution. We complained again about this on check out, again with no real customer service skills evident. Complaints have been made via Expedia and to the ibis hotel group directly; neither has even bothered to respond.

Perfect for a business trip in Copiapo, clean and comfortable, close to downtown.

A standard modern Ibis hotel. Nothing out of the ordinary, but in the hot, dusty centre of Copiapo, just what you need - modern, clean and cool - and very reasonably priced. We slept well, and after a night sleeping up in the Andes, this place felt like pure luxury! Breakfast is not included in the price, but is available for a modest extra.

Overall a good experience! Breakfast and service could have been better as it felt scruffy and tired

Hotel muito bom , bom atendimento, cafe muito bom . Peca um pouco a localização , local de prostituicao . Te estacionamento e voce nao precisa circular nas redondezas.

Padrão Ibis de sempre, ruim, carpete imundo, mas na cidade é Copiapó surpreendeu, o estacionamento é imundo e cheio de placas que nos deixou inseguros, falando várias vezes pra não deixar coisas no carro, dentro do próprio estacionamento.
